Hi Rania,As answer on this question I can tell you what I do for all my new PSA's every month.
As soon as I recieve the notification that I recieved a new PSA, I open the profil from this new member to see iff she or he is still online. If this member is stil online I send a little "HI XXXXX (name),welcome on SFI,I can help you if you need some information,your sponsor XXXXXXX(my name)this little message is seen immediatly and the new PSA is feeling less isolated.As soon as this is done I send via the team-mail messager my welcome letter how content my own presentation.This letter is limited at 2000 caracter's, so I tell in this letter that I send to her/him a mail with all the information to start (a step by step letter)well on SFI to hiss/her personnal mail address. It is important to do this in the first 12H afther inscription (fast-tracker).Doing that why I obtain a better result from new member's-activity.I can send to you by mail the exempels from my welcome and my step-by-step letter.Hope this help you, and many success on SFI.

A1. Both are best, but using your own email campaign program to connect with your team must have the capability to inform you when the email is;

Q2. Why must I contact my team through SFI's PSA Mailer?

A2. SFI has already predetermined that some people will want to contact their team using their own email campaigns alternatives. Therefore, for those Affiliates who are not like you and I, the PSA Mailer is for them.

But remember that there is a reward connected to the use of PSA Mailer. That is, SFI wants you to use the business tools provided, and the company maintains a full audit trail of your dealings with your team. This is from a legal and audit point of view, a good practice principle.

Hi there, my friend.

It is good that technology these days works with humans, for humans and everything around the humans itself, like nature and machines.

So much so, the capability of both PSA Mailer through SFI and direct email addrress has their own value that if we conduct a little more into a deep research, and not just being another user who enjoys using it, we will become a Smart User.

Say for example;
Emailing a copy through PSA Mailer, we are able to select choices of our objectives, be it our active movers or we may need maybe to say hi hello to our non actives too.
PSA mailer itself are equipped with all the wonderful filters that we can apply filtering categories, especially when our team are really growing big, and it will grow big, if we never stop working.
And thus PSA mailer are ahead of times and knows that one day, we will gonna be using lots of filtering with it.
'It's just so Wonderful'

Now, exploring Direct Email addrress is also a practise to be apply. Because all SFI affiliates will be exposed to real world marketing, where business life and communications really are going to be like everywhere and everytime. Haha..

Through direct email, we will build more close relation with our partner teamwork and also customer client and referral. Many things that needs to be done like your team project, sharing team blog, transfer of files, download tutorials training or even creative activity that needed direct email addrress and other social sites too.

It is time, we helped SFI and not burden them with Server Overload.
It takes two to make our movement smooth.

Step is to develop a regular form of outgoing communications to keep in touch, share ideas with them, provide them training. It is recommended that you do so at least once a week (or at least every other week).
For this purpose, use PSA Mailer for direct communication with your members.
If you are new to SFI or even in business, you will have the feeling that you do not have a lot to share with its members. Over time you can learn how to grow into a true team leader.
All training materials needed your new members they may find themselves in the SFI Affiliate Center. As their sponsor, you should only send them to the right place.
What you yourself must never allow that to let your members think they're negligent sponsor. If for any reason you do if you avoid communication with your members, you will be 100 times harder to achieve success.

Your question would be answered in two ways:

1. If your message is generally for all your PSAs then PSA Mailer is appropriate.

2. If your message is for individual PSA then use the individual email address.

It would depend on the purpose of your messages.

Whatever means of communication available to you can be utilised in such a manner that you are able to get your message across to your PSAs. Using the SFI PSA Mailer or the e-mail really does not make any difference as these are just tools/mediums of communication. The important thing is to get your message across to the intended recipients, which are your PSA. Alternatively, you could try the PSA Mailer and see if you get responses from your PSAs. If you don't get any response from your PSAs then maybe you can try the direct e-mail. This would in a way give you some idea on which medium of communication is preferred by your PSAs.

To Contact your PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address I think you should try both.

The reason being... If you post a question on your email that has to be answered by them, you will find what email is important to them and communicate that way.

You may want to make sure they have white listed SFI mailing in you affiliate center for personal email so it doesn't get bounced back.

Sometimes our mailings are limited, so a back up plan such as personal email is a great idea. Also depending on the type of mailing... the words/characters may be limited (counted) on SFI.
Do both find which one works for the particular person and use that one.

You can group your SFI contacts together in many personal mail programs which makes ailings allot easier. Best of luck to you.

The personal touch versus bulk mail? This question really goes beyond SFI. It happens in our lives too. Here's my own suggestion. You should contact your PSA's directly especially at the beginning. The reason is from my experience, everyone like a little personal touch. It shows the person you care. They may be obliged to mail you too when they need help.

I've also found I appreciate the personal touch more when my sponsor links with me directly than when he uses the PSA mailer. You get more responses this way too.

Hi Rania,

This is a good question - and not the easiest to answer... there are pros and cons to each, but I have found that people tend to respond better to emails to their personal email address and not from the SFI team mailer.

I think this is because they get so many emails from SFI that it's easy for them to overlook messages from you through the team mail. It's better I've found to send something to them directly as they will take the time to look at it and read it.

Only problem is that if you start getting a lot of PSA's, it can become more difficult to manage that... but if you can do it, it's worth it.

Personally, I think that using SFI is better especially if you are contacting a group of PSAs and/or CSAs. I say this because you know the list accurate. It contains all of your downline and gives you a great way to filter them. If you have a large downline and are maintaining you own mail list, it is very easy for your list to be inaccurate. People are deleted because of inactivity, people are added below your first level which you may miss adding to your list. Plus you do not have all the information to filter your mailing as well as you can with SfI mailer.

If you have a small number of affiliates, your top performers for example, that you contact often, I would maintain your own list.
