My dear friend Michael, for me, it is always diferent. All the same, I think in the first mail we should give as less information as possible but informative a possible. If we give too much, they will get scared to start. If we give too less, they will not understand how to start. Wellcome them, tell them how glad you are to have them in your Team.Tell them the importants of using in the first day the avalable Tools like Fast Track. Wish them a good start and tell them you are there for them any

Hi.Good question.

First thing you have to do:

Introduce yourself and send a welcome note. Say you're his/her sponsor and you're there to help him/her.
Send him/her a video how to work daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Send him/her a video on how to start in the SFI and what should be done first. Send the video how to play games on TripleClicks.Games are interesting and it will attract them and they can earn Tc credits.
Send your link on facebook and tell him/her

It would be best to ask new affiliates a few questions, sort of like breaking the ice. This is also a good way to feel them out and test if they're really serious about SFI.

As with any affiliate who is a first-timer, give them the links to the SFI Basics page. Basically, just give them the gist of it. After welcoming them tell them you are there to help them in any way you can. Tell them to begin with you would encourage them to do the SFI Basics, To-Do-List (daily), Launchpad and the Forum. Tell them they will not only learn a world of information but they will also know what SFI is all about and how to promote their business. Tell them the Forum will answer a lot of their questions. Assure them you are there to help.

In my opinion, in that moment your affiliate did not still made a final decision about staying in this business. So you must give him the right argument to work hard in this business. The best way is your own example of successful affiliate or even upline. He must be sure that he is in the right place to earn, that this business really works. Second, you must tell him that this is not easy and fast money scheme,to prevent disappointment in the future, but you will be always here for him. That
