the first message to your new affiliates is to welcome them as stipulated in your notification mail from the support team, SFI has make this very easy for you with a very beautiful design in (SEND E-CARD) where you just click on send E-card, in the drop down, you select welcome, there you welcome the affiliate to your team. let them know the importance of the term TEAM member that you are to work together for all to succeed. the need to ask question that will help them to perform well in their business. let them know you and other leaders has a duty to guide them in their business

From my own understanding coupled with personal experience, i think the most important thing for a new affiliates who just signed up is to understand the principles and operations SFI.
this can be achieve easily if the affiliates have a good PSA or CSA who will help him or her with simple explanation where to get the start up basic information for his operation,
Better still the affiliates should go through starter basic and launchpad to fast up his or her understanding.
it is after knowing what to do that, he will now decides how to move with his business. when you don't know what to do, even when you are willing, you will not get the needed result.
many of the affiliates who sign up and never do anything are most likely than not due to lack of understanding of how the business operates.
so first guide your affiliate who is ready to work with the basic business principles and mode of operation
