When selecting serious affiliates for you, the first thing you must find out from them is How serious are they going to follow SFI.
You should also ask them about their commitment dedication determination towards SFI
You should know about their goals and how they will stay focused in achieving their goals.
You must find out their communication skills.
You must also have a clear knowledge about their background, like friends and relatives from whom they are going to draw support towards SFI.

The single wisest question to ask your prospective affiliate when you're going to recruit him or her is this:
"Are you willing to learn what I have to teach you and do as I ask you to do so that you can earn an income as my affiliate?"
If the affiliate's answer is "yes," and he or she means it, congratulations! You have someone who will learn what you know, and as you become his/her team leader, he or she will become a team leader as well. That's duplication.
The major motivation for anyone to become an affiliate is to earn money. Many just want it handed over to them, but any REAL prospect is just looking for a legitimate opportunity.
Find out what they are looking for, and what they are willing to do to obtain their objective. Let them express their desires, and THEN tell them how SFI can meet those desires!
I think the most important question to ask a prospect is, "What are your financial goals?"
Asking that question can lead to a great discussion about what a person wants and needs that can lead to a discussion about what SFI can do to accomplish the goals of the prospect. When we have the opportunity to find out where a person wants to go, and we can provide that path, we have a great opportunity to introduce someone to SFI and help them reach their goals indeed.
Make sure they are looking for a business rather a payment for some clicks.
This will make sure majority gets filtered. There is a misconception that clicking and browsing the site will give them earnings.
Also let them know this will not give them any earning unless they focus on sales. They should be interested in selling items. Without sales there is nothing they are going to make here.
Ask if they have experience in selling, even if they dont have there is lot ways they can learn it here and the market is global here.

One good question to ask is this: Are you willing to invest time and money in your business?
If potential affiliates answer you with a concrete Yes, then that lets you know they're serious about SFI and want to put in work to achieve financial freedom. That way, you'll be able to separate the action takers from the tire kickers and naysayers.
The most important thing is to start a serious contributor to explain that there is investment in the business and that no serious work is not without investing only what he can here with 60 dollars to open an online shop (sells its products), to advertise products (earning a percentage of the various benefits ) next to it and the most important thing to have a team of which takes cream (every member has a percentage) whether a purchase or sale, or VP ... several thousand VP achieved quite a nice sum of money .... per cent of all prefer to earn money .... it is important that you are honest and start to explain that the training and registration is free, and that the business must invest in this case a minimum of about $ 500 per year

There are a lot of important questions to ask :
1.How much important is for her/him to have a residual income after retiring from actual activity ?
2.How much time/day/week could he/she spend on SFI activities ?
3.Does she/he knows something about internet ads , e-commerce , marketing methods used ?
