1.It is better and your priority should be for English speakers/readers but this is not the only option or solution for your business to expand.
2.Go through again all marketing methods, aids and training on referring members,sponsoring affiliates provided by SFI,did you ever see any line or any word regarding language barrier? Now go through Gateway list provided by SFI to you,did you ever find "English speakers/readers are highly encouraged to join" or "English speakers/readers are allowed only to join" or words to that effects. Mind it , it is not your individual business,you are part of SFI and SFI has catered all eventualities or barriers a business can face.When SFI has not made any restriction,don,t impose restriction/hindrance by yourself.After language some one may restrict himself/herself for retired community only or housewives only,or unemployed only and so on.Don,t bother about such impediments,for you sky is the limit.Mankind is trying to understand the languages of animal or aliens, how we can afford to stop our business due to the reason that someone is not English speaker/readers.
3.It will be overemphasized to say that world has now a global village or SFI has itself provided a translator tool within site,or Google or other sites are available to do the job because this aspect has already highlighted by different affiliates as a answers of your question.

Recruiting is one of the most challenging part of our business. But it is also interesting.
Thanks to SFI, because at the bottom end of each page,on the grey area, SFI has provided a suitable translator box where one can translate the whole page according to his/her language.One should be able to click and choose his language.

If your affiliates are able to open their sites, then they will be able to read everything, each in his own language.

I must tell the truth.I try to order referrals from English speaking countries.
Also from India.

I have lots of Indian people on my team.Then it is easy for me to know which EA2"s
I will reassign them to.

Of course I have some affiliates from other countries by way of my ads on-line.

But in internet site there are so many ways on how to understand any dialect selecting from google the translation process. I think you absolutely should. On every corner of SFI and TripleClicks there are translator. It is not perfect, but could be used and also on net you can find maybe even better software for this. It is much more important did your downline want to work did he or she have need for this affiliate program and did he want to learn.

I'm not a native English speaker/reader also , but this is not a reason for recruiting actions.
If you have perspective affiliates that use English only for business ( office language )is better to speak with them in English.
For the rest you can use their native language if you know it , or other mutual language .
I will try to share a tip : Use English with all that new only little English , you will make them feel better and encourage them to improve their English level !

I should try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates even though they are not English speakers but can understand and read simple English or using Google translation.
Seek the assistance of a2a friends or your upline from the country concerned who know English and translate to the language of the affiliate.

You can recruit all people on SFI , language is not important more new affilates can use translate and can work , this is good bisnis and any affilates can success.Just need to have the will and to be assertive and everything can be achieved.Add more new affilates and create big and strong team ....!

SFI and Tripleclicks site have translation options in over all local languages so not hard to learn not english readers . we should try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates even though when they are not known to read in english. Really i am not a well known one in english. we don't prejudge, every thing is possible then god is great.
