How do I reassure prospective TripleClicks customers that shopping is safe and secure and they will receive delivery of product?
Tell them about your own example. Tell them about sort of product, about the country where is ECA, about time for delivery. If they still don't believe you and that particular affiliate is so important to you, then buy him some cheap book and assign "SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS:" and that address should be his. Then they will believe.
Probably the best way to reassure prospective customers is by offering to show them the receipts and delivery notes of all your orders of products from TripleClicks.
Let them know that SFI have fraud protection.
Let them know that in any postal deliveries, information required for shipping must be correctly submitted.
By my own experience,I can say that Online shopping is safe and secure at SFI/Tripleclicks system, but regarding delivery there are many factors affecting...such as Country region,their rules/regulations/duties & taxes,delivery period etc. Delay is natural and some times non-delivery of the items is also possible( owing to thefts,damages in transit etc.).Responsible ECAs

Here are a few tips.
You can show them a product that you by.they see that you paid for, and that's all arrived at the home address without any problems.If you don't by enything ,you have to by W3 kit.It's cheap and you can show that.

Certainly it is not easy to give confidence.
However, they must pass it, telling them to make small purchases and wait for the reception.

Perhaps You could use a telephone analogy. Say something along the lines of how familiar they may be with ordering something via the use of a telephone call. Develop this into a description of the TripleClicks order process, which is graphical in nature. Better yet, walk Your customer
Thru an actual order. Hand holding is always more effective.
