The best places and the best ways to get answers about SFI will actually depend on the type of answer you want to get. However, I will attempt to take a general approach to answer your question, by the points below:
1. The first most important place to get answers is the search box at the very top of your homepage. The way to do this is to type the word to the closest proximity of what you seek and you select from the displayed suggestions.
2. Another very important place most affiliates may not know about is the SFI Fresh Desk Knowledge Base. This is a very versatile place to visit because it covers almost everything you want to know about SFI. Go through each heading and click on your area of interest here:

3. The tabs (not the To-Do-List) on the home page contain very important information about various aspects of SFI business. Clicking each and selecting the appropriate option from the drop down menu may answer some of your questions.
4. The Ask SC (Ask Sfi Community) is another one and the best way to use it is to search the database with appropriate keywords relevant to the question for which you seek answer. You may even choose the category you are interested in, so as to narrow the search. Alternatively, you can pose the question to the Ask SC by clicking on Submit question in blue colour under the Ask SC tab in your homepage.
5. You may also get answers from members of your upline hopefully. You can access this by clicking on the Support tab on your SFI homepage and select Your Upline from the drop down menu. I advice you start from your immediate sponsor and move upwards until you get a satisfactory response.
6. The Forum is one of the easiest and fastest to get a reply and possible solution, depending on the calibre of affiliates participating at the time and the type of question you ask. However, I highly recommend you always post questions here and it is very rear not to get a solution, especially if you are patient at times. Just select the appropriate category relating to the issue you want to address. A big picture question may be asked under the ASK GERY section of the forum in order to get a reply from the President himself.
7. The a2a network is another important place to get answers about SFI; request friendship from any affiliates of interest to you using certain criteria like location, language, participation and contribution to SFI business, dedication etc. Ensure you place special ones on you Top Friends for easy access when needed. Just be free to ask those questions by sending a2a messages and please note that cross solicitation is prohibited and attracts severe penalty.
8. Certainly there are some personal questions as it relates to SFI you may not want to be in the public domain of SFI affiliates, or questions that may only require answers from the Organisation itself. In this instance, you may need to submit a ticket to Support by clicking on the Hot Spots tab on the homepage and select Support from the drop down menu. However, on busy period it may take quite a while to get a reply.
Finally, let me add that from the list above, the best to apply will depend on the type of question and the urgency with which you need a reply. Also, great business people are great readers, so I advise you to personally put a lot of effort to acquire knowledge and understanding by reading the materials available on SFI site, they are for free.
