Personally I choose to become EA,that's 3 steps SFI Basic,in the same time we still can advertise ,as we know many traffic exchange outside there who give us opportunity to advertise for free.

I will advise that, to the best of your ability you go for the two. You should use every available tools in SFI and resources at your disposal to advertise your SFI business and also attain EA status so that you reap the benefits in SFI.
