Hello; This question is a beautiful challenge. Thank you very much
Each affiliate should choose from my point of view even whether he wants to or doesn't qualify for a team leader. The first 6 weeks at SFI, I had set me apart with the theory and learned. The new PSA's came with the bidding in the auctions.

The SFI support sends the appropriate link to the tutorial on any topic. So any interested affiliate of SFI in the task in grows. Before we but worry about, whether the PSA's to

I will say NO do not advise PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly because if you do advise new PSAs to slow down it will make some of them if not all of them not to take the SFI serious as they should but instead support, encourage and assist them to become Team Leades and let them know it is easy to become a Team Leaders but to maintain it is the real thing.

Therefore, all you need to do is to encourage/motivate the new PSAs to be more devoted and take SFI business

I don't think it is necessary to hinder their success with SFI. Let them do their work with proper guidance from their sponsor or friends with SFI. Let them discover and be motivated with what SFI's can offer to them. I myself is a living proof of achieving my rank today with my own doing and surviving the needs within the business without having active PSA's.

It is better if they let them ask about attaining such positions and what entails if they have no active PSA's to contribute on

In the first place, this is the prerogative of the new PSA to do as past as they can. because it's so easy to collect all the VP points in our first day at SFI. like me i immediately became a "SILVER TEAM LEADER" in my first few day's here but i didn't blame myself for that Instead I'm Very happy because starting on that day when i became a SILVER TEAM LEADER CSA are starting to coming in

Hello Sandra,

You, as their sponsor, just need to explain them what are advantages not using all available VPs very quickly. To let them know they will not gain anything with do it in three days and then nothing. To show them for example, difference in earnings from being TL and then next month maybe no more than EA instead of regular progression to become EA with all VPs from daily, weekly and monthly actions and to make it again in second month.

Make just a few calculations

hello World,..

In my opinion you should show your new PSAs the Pro's and Con's.. Everything has two sides to it..

The Pro's would be:
The Badge
The 2nd Home CSAs
The TCredits you get
and a few more..

Some Con's would be:
With no team to lead it is hard(er) the 2nd month to sustain TL
ehm,..

Actually I do believe what I am trying to say.. Just for me personally I see no more Con's then this one..

Best regards

It would sound greedy if you push them to become a team leader fast but it would also do you nothing if they won't do any action. So my advice is to guide them the way you did your business with SFI so they can grasp how it works.

1. Let them read the basics.
2. Tell them what you did in those steps.
3. Advise them what and how they can do better in the business.

In that way, you are not only helping them succeed in SFI but will also help to develop them

There is some atom of truth in first realizing the rudiments of a business before rushing in to be on top. It is important to start off and maintain a status you can control and not the one you attain and crash below status quo.
To advise new PSA in this regard requires discretion and lot of convincing. Most PSAs think getting to Team Leader is the ultimate hence they go ahead in a couple of days/week to earn all the versa points in LaunchPad, To-do-list, etc. Thereafter in their second month

Definitely not!
I'll give my example. Seven months ago I EA2 and I might be BTL, but I did not because I do not have a good team. Who am I LEADER, itself?
Many can buy their statuses, as current earnings, but when they need to be good sponsors and explain the essence of the job, they will not know to give the right answers. Why? Well, because only the speed shop points that would be called leaders, that is wrong.

First you need to learn the work, to maintain the status EA2, and

Hello, Sandra,
No. Please don't do that. It may be counter-productive.

Leadership is about seeing a great vision ahead - and you can only do that by being positive at all times; and in all spheres of life, SFI Business inclusive.

Besides, it is even better for you if your PSAs become Team Leaders so quickly. It adds up to your own 'bottom-line' in commissions that can accrue to you eventually.

So, please stay focused. Don't do the Negative.

Thanks
