My first reaction to your question is, why not if you are good at it. If you have the expertise to write marketing pitches, why not, you can write personalized welcome letters to your new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profiles. However, for very many of us affiliates who do rely heavily on SFI to lead us by the hand, it is advisable to stick to SFI welcome letters. They are good, effective and can be easily adapted by any affiliate.

I have no doubt that SFI has tested these

It is far better to develop a standard greeting for all new PSAs and CSAs welcoming them to the business, and telling them that your purpose is to help them build their business and to answer any questions they have along the way. When you start to bring in large numbers of affiliates, especially at the TL levels, it will probably prove exceptionally difficult to personalize each welcome letter. You simply won't have time. I advise you to keep in mind the business you want to eventually have. You

Sharon it might be worthwhile, but, would be really time consuming - depending of course, on how many PSAs you sponsor each month. If you are sponsoring just a couple it would be good and should help you make more impact on your PSA..

However, if you are buying PSAs in larger numbers, I think it would be best to wait to see who logs in and then write to them personalized mail based on their profiles. :)

Having a so many PSAs/CSAs will be hard to connect individually but if you could do it to send personalized email will help a lot. They will feel important and the person will show interest in what we are doing. Connecting to them and even befriending them through other site like Facebook will make an impact. First thing that we should consider is their primary language. This is the most important thing that we should consider when sending a personalized Welcome letter.

Just think if you were a big bank or insurance company! They send mail to all their clients monthly.
Now think of the potential you would have of send mail to your best PSAs ?
They are the ones that keep us going in SFI, but not only that but the commissions we make every month!
Use the condensed version in the genealogy to send them mail or write to them to inform them of your
thoughts, and how their are doing , and what you like them to do to get ahead here in SFI.

Yes it is worth while to greate a personalized welcome letter using information from that Affiliate Profile. This lets them know that you have taken the time to find out something about them and they are more likely to believe that you care how they do. Also this give you the ability to help them acheive their goals better, because you will know them. I look at all my new Affilitiates Profiles as well as their VP ledger to see what they are working on most and guide them from there.

I would say that it's best to welcome in PSAs individually but simply, preferably in their own languages (Google Translate is great for this). If you have something to say that relates specifically to what a given affilliate has on his or her affiliate profile, definitely do so. If you can ask a question about their goals or their experiences, this is the most valuable thing to do because it elicits value and is most likely to result in prolonged conversation, and that kind of engagement is most

Yes for sure it is.

Look at this way. Every single new PSA has the possibility of making you hundreds if not thousands of dollars in commisions etc. in the future. Why not take just 10 minutes of your time and send a very good and dedicated welcome letter?

However Work smarter, not harder! Make your self a basic standard welcome letter and ass just a few Things from their profile. It makes it personally without you spending a lot of time.

I send welcome e-cards and then a welcome letter using their names. If you find information on their profiles that you can use - like the language they speak and so on - use it.

Unfortunately a lot of times they sign up but do not complete anything on their profiles that you can use - in such a case you send a standard letter using their name. Your Welcome letter must tell it all - the message should be - you are important to me - and using their name sends that message.
