Become a Wave3 member, you need to purchase a Wave3 starter Kit. In the kit will be a clear Wave3 decal, which you are required to place on a vehicle and take a picture of yourself next to the decal. Once you upload or email the photograph showing you next to the car with the decal, you should be approved and receive your first months benefits as a Wave3 member.

If you do not have an automobile of your own, you can use a friend's or family member's car.
