Suggesting downline requires adept knowledge of their activities and preferences. How do a downline member responds to a tip from upline and also are your downline members willing enough to accept any kind of advice. In most cases downlines require active leaders to guide them from beginning to invest cautiously in order to grow maximum business at minnimum cost. Leaders even if themselves may not have followed that tip for one reason or other must guide their downline to follow the route which they were not able to.
initially new affiliates find it very expensive to maintain EA2 status with standing orders and S-Builder co-ops simultaneously with other tripleclicks purchases. What experienced leaders need to guide their downline is take every step economically best, regardless of their own commissions and earnings. In greed for more and more self commission sponsors ask their CSA'S and PSA's to purchase uselesslly to become or maintain EA status. Infact these PSA'S or CSA's after spending few months become inactive due to their own minimal share returns in Executive pool.
What needs to be done sincerely is to tell them the real strength of PSA's brought thru gift certificates with whom they can personally communicate, they must bring in regular sources of income through them and motivate some serious businesses to become ECA'S at tripleclicks. Then promote the sales of your own ECA the only mean to earn maximum commissions.
Another tip that we can give them is to participate regularly in free eager zebra games and pricebender auctions of Tcredits , for which they need to purchase Tcredits separately one each to earn maximum vps.( 126 MRP = 1 TCREDIT WITH 102 VP).

Initially invest in S Builder co-op the only mean to give you PSA'S which will be your direct earning source in future.
purchase an independent domain or win it in DG to promote your business initially.

Work With the Workers do not waste time on someone who is not willing to work the biz. Also make sure you are spending monthly to maintain your EA status, Offer an incentive to maintain EA status for members of your team such as coops,contests, training etc. Communicate with your team on the value of maintaining EA status and What is in it for them if they do and what the consequences are if they do not maintain. When a team member reaches EA do a shout out on the stream giving them recognition also send out a personal congrats email when they hit or maintain to let them know that if they have any concerns you are there to help them and it also lets them know you are there for them. If you go above and beyond for your team they will be more likely to spend money with you.

Very good question.
Let we think the way how to make downline are own-motivated (not a leader always motivate the downline) in the SFI Business.

Sometime we face a problem because we are running a business not follow the system correctly. After we achieved of a level, we get stuck and difficult to reach higher level again. If it happens, I believe, we will think this SFI is greedy to use money to keep the rank on the top.

The system explain how important of Standing Order (SO), teach them how to use SO. And choose the right SO with minimum 1500VP to able to keep the rank on the top. So they spend money as need as require each month consistently. Other than is shopping and buying products for their routinely life-equipments.

How to they understand a commitment to reach a success with the business they build, the rank will follow. A leader is showing it.

Nobody likes spending money for nothing. First of all we have to know that affiliates are looking for easy way to earn money. People know about clicking for money, advertising for money etc. At the begining in SFI we all think "this is the same sh...t like all other online businesses". Many of them leave SFI w/o getting any VPs, some did those getting started tasks, lanchpad lessons ... for some it is very boring to do daily tasks. Some poeple read, read and read and count. Some just counts. It is easy to be EA first two months w/o spending your own money. If you are lucky you can maintain EA status for three months (depends on daily grand or daily crown). Also If you have great general knowledge you can win in trivia games to get TCs. Almost all affiliates leave after not maintaining EA status. Why? Some people say no money, no credit card, no paypal etc... Many of them are looking for sponsor's help. But there is no help from sponsors except written e-mails or some note of courtesy. If you send mail to sponsor and ask for help the answer can be "why do you think that you need sponsor, everything depends on you and your ability". It is easy to tallk aboot downline, duplication etc. Do something to help about getting new PSAs and CSAs. There also should be some way of distinction because every time when I renew EA status I get 2 CSAs but they don't get any VPs. I mean it should wait and recognize who is realy going to work and after that assign them to EAs . Conlusion: Nobody wants to spend any money just to get nothing...

The best way to encourage useful and meaningful spending in your downline is to detail the usefulness of the products you want them to purchase.

Obviously you will have this detail by having tried the product yourself. Do not pitch anything you have not purchased.

Finally after you have explained in detail what the product does offer a substantial reward (50-80% back of the purchase price) for those who purchase the product.

The reward can be in the form of:

You can never guarantee what people will do.
There is no way to make your PSA or CSA do anything they don't want to.
Be honest about what SFI is and how to work the business.
Here are some ideas of what to explain to your new PSA/CSAs.

GREET NEW PSA OR CSA
1) Send an E-Card through SFI
2) Personally, I follow up with an e-mail on what needs to done daily.
3) This will make sure your affiliate has received a message from you, if not been
white-listed.
4) If you e-mail message comes back, you know the new PSA/CSA is not serious
and will not receive your messages.

USING AFFILIATE MANAGER
1) Find all the details by clicking on "The following link will provide you with

Tell them it is easy to get 1500 VPoints a month, without spending a lot of money. List ways that can help them, by directing them where to go and what to do to gain VPoints. Just explain to your downline that every business need investment. Investment here is done in time or money or both.
Tell them they don't have to spend money to maintain their EA status unless they want to. Tell them they can generate sales at TripleClicks and/or do transfer buying. Explain to them that with transfer buying they don't have to spend extra money. Since they are already buying many of the same products TripleClicks sells—but from other stores or sources. With transfer buying, they can simply transfer their purchases to TripleClicks and earn VersaPoints each month and they automatically accumulate the VersaPoints needed for SFI commissions, benefits, and other valuable perks.

While I understand the importance of having a Standing Order for 1500VP or more, we need to remember that EA status can be gained by 1500VP gained by either purchases OR sales.

Psychologically speaking, most people resist giving something up (spending), but readily accept the prospect of gaining something. With that in mind, I have found that you will run in to much less resistance showing your downline how to sell TripleClicks items, for which they receive both commissions and VP before asking them to spend their own money to maintain EA status.

Once they are making sales, they don't need to be motivated to spend anything because they will already be receiving commissions and will have no doubt that SFI/TripleClicks is the real deal.
