Very good question.
Let we think the way how to make downline are own-motivated (not a leader always motivate the downline) in the SFI Business.
Sometime we face a problem because we are running a business not follow the system correctly. After we achieved of a level, we get stuck and difficult to reach higher level again. If it happens, I believe, we will think this SFI is greedy to use money to keep the rank on the top.
The system explain how important of Standing Order (SO), teach them how to use SO. And choose the right SO with minimum 1500VP to able to keep the rank on the top. So they spend money as need as require each month consistently. Other than is shopping and buying products for their routinely life-equipments.
How to they understand a commitment to reach a success with the business they build, the rank will follow. A leader is showing it.

Very good question. Here is my point of view:
1. Use the SFI basic system, it is easier to make explanation to prospect. See Marketing Methods and Marketing Aid (https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingCenter) to help you less-talk to the prospects. You know the prospect's characters/types, just select the closer methods and deliver it. This way has been proven. Easier because from the information you delivered already be provided a link to your business registration side, let the prospects follow.
You just tell them this is FREE and No Obligation otherwise if they ask how to earn money, just start the business from here. You as a leader provide a basic system that easy to be duplicated.
2.Other way, you can say also SFI/TripleClicks is your business. You use this system as your business partner, as a platform that you grow a business. This is not systematize sometime difficult to be duplicated.

How to explain to new affiliates the value of becoming a Fast-Track member?

Good question.
Fast Track (FT) Member is a way to affiliates who would like to reach a success faster. They are achieving 1500VP Standing Order in first 10 days after joining and they get as Fast Track Member. There is 2 types of FTs, those are FT Silver and FT Gold.
Every affiliates need to be guided understanding with Fast Track Member they go up faster to the top (new affiliate to become EA/EA2).
For the affiliate who already achieve 1500VP, we have to remind them about importance of Standing Order 1500VP to keep the position.

Hi Ritu,
Good question. My point of view, you can create invitation to your affiliates to join in to your store. Tell if they buy/sell in your store they will receive advantageous (like will receiving VP, Direct Commission, and else). You can make good products presentation and/or testimonial from the usage, either you are using it also and you feel it good. Put your products as HOT DEALS sometime to attract affiliates or others customer.

I become a great Salesman is how we are doing in correct way to the journey to achieving of the Goal. Sales mean is closing of dealing with the customer.
My story in the past, I was working as business representative (or sales) of number one IT's company in my country, I bring computers products (PC desktops/laptops), and also create a potential project. Mostly my responsibility is to manage the customer to understand their needs and create opportunity next, including the end-user, the managers, the directors. Finally in bidding, we have set winning amount, and I reached the winning amount after few times negotiation and receiving premium sales achievement medal because the quantity in more than two thousands two hundred set with amount four million three hundred dollar, it was increasing than before sales achievement.
The key is managing the customers. And I was achieving it, the effect were the company rewarded as a great sales person.
