How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

I think, we should never ever tell our downline to spend money either to maintain EA status or for any other purpose in this business otherwise they will flee immediately treating it similar to other online business where investment is must to start with. It is the responsibility of both the Sponsor and the Co-Sponsor to narrate or enlighten the newly registered affiliate member about some of the important basic requirements of SFI. It can be done in various ways and by adopting various methods. Hi Robert

I think 99.9% of affiliates who register at SFI are unaware of what they signed into. As Team Leader's our responsibility is to the members who decide to stay and make the commitment to the business. They will understand the need for SO.

When communicating with affiliates who are not yet ready to commit , handle with care. Try to find out where their strength lies then let them decide which income stream at SFI suits them best.

When ever we introduce people to SFI we should preferably use our JMT Gate Way. It provides all the information on:

1. SFI/TripleClicks back ground;
2. Our position;
3. Our Performance;
4. Our Achievements - through Badges;
5. Why we love SFI?;
6. What Others say about SFI?;
7. Opportunities available to earn commission, etc, etc.

Once they join SFI, as Sponsors, our job basically is to make them Read and Understand

You can motivate your downline to spend money to maintain EA without sounding greedy.

First of all, you as an upline must show good example to your downline that you order each month.

Secondly let your downline know the benefits involve when you order i.e refer your dowline to compensation plan tell them when they maintain EA each month they get free Tcredits, CSA, when they become a team leader they get more compensation the compensations are itemised in scoreboard page.

Maintaining EA staus is very essential in SFI. You can tell your downline members that their earnings start only when they become EA2. For the first 2 months it is easy to become EA. But after that they will have to invest to get 1500 VP monthly unless they win auctions. But to participate in auctions they have to have TCredits which they should buy. Also when they become EA2 they get 2 CSAs from SFI which also may help them earn commission.

Every business has a success path and SFI isn't any different. You need to explain to your downline the benefits of spending money here monthly.

Tell them that, as one of affiliates here, they and SFI are partners. Therefore, they need to think of SFI products as THEIR products. And they need to think of TripleClicks.com as their store.

From my Genealogy i have observed that out of the 600 PSA,S and CSA,S exepting a handful maintain EA status month after month.Mostly they are inactive and have 0 versa points.
In my teamail i have tried to motivate them to build thier business which will mutually benefit individually and the team.
The reason for not bieng motivated may be:
1)Not intererted to know the Basics and thinking that easy income can be generated by simply becoming a member.

I will start by asking you how you were motivated to spend money to do you business and stay in that business. Using myself as an example; my motivation came from studying and understanding this SFI business and its operations. We all know what EA means to our business and so, it is important that our downline become active and maintain this basic qualification of EA.
