I would have my affiliates look at their Scorecard tab. The potential for income is shown in the Rank qualification area which shows them the quantity of Sales VP they have acquired during the month.

In the My Earnings section, I would explain that the quantity of VP they have affects the commission they receive. When they buy from TripleClicks, they receive Sales VP on most of the products they buy,which helps them attain Executive Affiliate status.

First of all, you can't motivate people to spend their money. What you can do is reassure them that they are making a sound investment. To do this, you should keep the conversation focused on the task at hand. Then you have to minimize the risks. Finally commend them for making a wise business decision.

Everyone wants to make a good investment if they are open to the idea of having success with SFI. Everyone fears that they will be spending money for nothing in the beginning.

You motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy by just being honest with them about SFI. SFI is a real business and all businesses need to raise capital depending on certain goals they want to reach. You let them know that SFI is always free but if they have certain goals they want to reach quicker it is wise to invest in their SFI opportunity and treat SFI like the real business that it is.

There is only one very effective way of dealing/motivating your downline without the suspicion of ulterior motive. That way is to let all you do for them sound like and look like it is all “about them” and not “about you.” Remove yourself from the picture all the time and give your team members the satisfaction that you are genuinely helping them. That is the only potent way through which you can not sound “greedy” to them if you want to motivate them to spend some money in their business.

I feel the best way to motivate your downline to spend money to maintain EA status is to explain to them that since they have reached EA already, they will have been given 2 CSA's per month.

Tell them that to keep their CSA's, they will have to maintain EA status.

Plus you can tell them that since they are EA, they will receive 10 TCredits per month as well.

They will also be part of the Tripleclicks Executive pool as well as be eligible for commissions from their

There is no amount of motivation that will make your downline spend money to maintain their status monthly if they are not convinced that they need to do that for the growth of their own business first.

If they see you pushing for them to attain EA so that you can reap from their effort, they may be discouraged. Remember, most of them have never earn a dime and are still hoping.

All you need to do is to keep encouraging your MOVERS to be consistent in working toward a steady

I'm happy that you don't want to sound greedy. When I think of (or know!) greedy people, they take too much and don't or rarely give or they make "grabby hands" and almost bark "gimme."

I think you have to consider the finances of your team members, what each one says they. they can spend per month in their Affiliate Profile, and the unexpected. And, I'll be bold, those whom don't want to spend a coin if their lives depend on it. Asking your dowline

First and foremost press it down on your downline the importance of maintaining EA Status, the reward or compensation that comes with, also the prestige it carries and the badge to show off your hard work. Everybody wants to associate with success, so maintaining EA in SFI is a platform for achieving that fit.
