We all lay our hopes high in almost each PSA we get,I know it.However,it turns out that many of them are not so serious about SFI,for different reasons.

When searching for new PSAs,maybe you can look more for quality then only for quantity.That should be common goal for everyone.

Basic things you should ask prospects are:
- if they have a computer and internet connection
- do they know basic English
(the late is not necessary,since there's Google,but still

I am pleased to know that someone wants to only recruit serious affiliates. I am pretty sure that many people in SFI want to receive only active, working affiliates.

When serious affiliates is your target for prospects then it is assured that you will need some kind of filtering system before getting your prospects to your JMT (Join My Team) Gateway.

You will also need to understand when looking for serious affiliates you are going to get a lot less responses

Soon after joining SFI I realized that it’s possible to build a massive team if you’re happy that most of them are inactive.

Because having a massive, inactive team can’t grow my business, I decided I would rather recruit serious affiliates. It might take longer to build my team, but in the end it is worth it.

I still have many PSA’s from shortly after I joined SFI who are totally inactive …

But,

I now have 4 PSA’s who are doing very well

Recruiting Serious affiliates should be the goal of every serious-minded affiliate of SFI. As you know at the end of the day only serious affiliate offers compensation to the sponsor.

Even though the scheme is FREE to join, you need to emphasize some facts which naturally sieves off many freebie minded prospects, these are:

1. This is a home business not a job. All tools, training, products and support are provided but it is their responsible to utilize these.

2.

Since I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates I want to tell the truth about the SFI Business.

SFI is free to join, it has lots of free instructions on how to build the Business, lots of good information. There is Affiliate to Affiliate (A2A) friends as well as Sponsors and Co-Sponsors for the new Affiliate to go to for help in their new business.

First of all this is a Business, and it needs to be treated like a business, not a hobby.
One cannot develop any kind of

Let's say you've got a constant stream of potential affiliates, and you know that a bunch of them aren't "serious"--that is, they're likely to go inactive quickly. If you want to weed those out from your income stream, so you only get those who will do the work, tell them the hard, honest truths that will cause them to give up before they sign up:

* SFI requires daily effort for lasting success.
* Success is NOT instant--they may have to work for months or years to succeed

In all honesty, even when you have your ideal targeting for your prospects, you will still have people that do not stay the course. Oftentimes, people can have a burning desire to succeed but lack all of the skills needed to progress and likewise, people can have the skills but not have the desire to stay the course. In both of those scenarios, you are unfortunately barking up the wrong tree!

The best thing I can tell you to do about getting serious affiliates is to be serious yourself.

Thanks for this question.

Please,

1. Provide honest and true information about SFI Business to your Prospects;

2. Do not give any blank promises on earning;

3. Say, even though joining is free, SFI business still requires periodic investment
like any other business;

4. Make them understand, they cannot become rich over night;

5. They have to spend time every day;

6. They have to study and understand SFI business

Well in my opinion what I would do to try and scope my recruitment campaigns so that I can cast my net to attract more serious affiliates would be as follow :

Be open minded and frank to let them know upfront that although SFI is free to Join it is certainly a real legit Global Business and in order to really succeed like in all business to get results you need to not only put in your fair share of time , money and other resources and to TREAT IT as a REal BUSINESS and that it is definitely

Recruiting serious affiliates can be done by creating informed prospects instead of advertising for bulk sign-ups.

You need to develop a business plan that the prospect can put into action in order to see profits in 1-3 years. You need to be honest about the challenges faced and emphasize the training provided so the prospect doesn't join with misconceived notions about the business.

Tell them that SFI is a free to join affiliate marketing program but despite being free to join
