Soliciting on social media can be a very tricky thing. There are certain rules that apply that are quite similar to what one would have to follow if they were submitting an email recruitment letter. If they haven't requested it or if it is not appropriate for the network or group you're initiating the recruitment in, do not post it. Aside from that, there are some rules that make being a successful recruiter possible, especially via social media. Here are the ones that I follow:

1. Start

Thanks for this question.

SFI is a business like any other business. We are all businessmen and business women.

As individuals, we have got our own plans and ideas to conduct it so that we earn at the earliest possible opportunities. What is best for me may not be good for you.

However, SFI has provided us with many Tools like Banners, Gateways, etc. They keep improving on these regularly. The recently introduced JMT Gateway is my favorite currently.

Your 1st step would be to join as many social sites as possible.

On some of these sites you are allowed to post a link (like Twitter) I use Twitter to advertise specific products they can buy or bid on and tell them how much they can save. I also share achievements there - like when I won on Pick or punt I 'brag" about it on Twitter. I asked my followers on Twitter to help me with an experiment to see how many new followers I can get in 24 hours - and they came to the party and

Hi, Folake,
Recruiting Affiliates via social media is synonymous with social media marketing.
And For a start, if it is done well, social media marketing provides (a) increased exposure and (b) increased traffic to the particular product and/or Affiliate Link (URL) being promoted. Likewise, social media marketing can enable the advertiser (like you) gain loyal fans and gather increased marketplace intelligence.
In order, however, to have an optimum benefit from advertising your Affiliate

When using social media you must first realize that you have to have a constant presence on the site before any kind of recruiting can begin.

Visit many of the sites members and commenting on their pages or message centers. Build friendships first and foremost. You must build their trust before you can attempt to make them a business partner.

If you’re on Twitter, “Tweet” a lot – If you’re on Facebook then “like” a lot Are you all “linked

You need to understand primarily that most users of social networking are there to socialize. The social network sites administrators always do not want the users to use the normal socializing platform for pure advertising; hence to succeed in recruiting via social media:

1. Be friendly, interactive and interesting. Users want to read interesting post, see funny photos, watch interesting video. You should provide plenty of these. You can then direct your audience to see more in your blog

I employ a couple of strategies.

1. I build lists of my Facebook friends. The first list is Family. The second is Close friends. After those two I list people by their interest, or our shared interest for why we are friends.

2. Being list sensitive and contextual I advertise to my list group based on their interest. I use a TripleClicks tool for link sharing and I am able to share meaningful contextualized content surrounded by contextualized ads. For example I share a video

Join as many social media sites as you can.

Most of these sites allow people to join groups or lists, such as in Facebook and Twitter. They also allow you to create your own lists or groups. You can also grow the number of people who are your friends or followers or connections as in LinkedIn

The thinking here is to grow your networks and the people (audience) you are exposed to. The more the better.

When you post on these sites, the more people that are able

Hi Olufolake,

The Social Media plays an active role in advertising and getting attracted with more new comers. However, need very constant attention to that there should be no spill over or spam and each and every ad we place, should be very attractive and very minimal wording.

Also, try to find more groups titled eg. "Home Business", "Internet Money", "Make Money" etc and see where the audience more related to our business. Find the real niche
