The important goal I have set is to build a formidable team that will endure as long as it takes. The reasons for are stated below:

Team building is where I can generate a sustainable residual income- One of the types of income you can earn as an SFI affiliate. Residual Income is income that keeps coming in, around the clock, month after month, year after year.

You see, my team members are also my customers; I earn commissions from their purchases, receive VP match, royalties from their ECA sales. This means that if my team is active, I will be able to generate several types of income that will last 'forever' as long as SFI exists.

Personally, I have advertised for PRMs and ECAs, from where you can earn a lot of $$$ if the campaign is successful and the signups active, however, the best results I seem to get are from members of my team making purchases at TC and opening up ECA stores. I have decided as a result to concentrate more efforts on team building and see my team members as customers that need to be treated with dignity and respect because of these potentials.

This does not mean that I do not participate in other income generating endeavours, but team building is my major preoccupation and have therefore taking it as my most important goal, because I believe it will lead me to total financial independence and prosperity as a successful business owner, which we all thrive to become.

Obviously the most important goal to set is to become a DTL. AS a DTL you will have at least 5 PTLs beneath you so your income and therefore your financial freedom. will not just be assured, but beyond your wildest dreams. I just can't visualize what I could do with a 7 figure annual income.

So the goal I have set for myself is to just get to the next level, in the knowledge that once I get there and consolidate it, I can look towards reaching the next rank and reset my goal accordingly. When I get there I can reset my goal again.

Setting goals towards rising in the SFI hierarchy, means setting duplication goals. There is no other way of progressing than by sponsoring others who hopefully will copy what you do. SFI literature says to find 5 affiliates who will do what you do. Finding 5 who will do what you do is the difficult part and while some say it will be around 1% of those you sponsor, others say it could be as little as 0.1%. That is between 500 and 5000 that need to be sponsored for you to gain financial freedom.

So the most important goal I have set for my SFI business is to keep sponsoring and never stop. My 5 Platinums are in there somewhere but until they surface, just keep working the business. When they surface, just work with them, and work with them and keep working with them.

Point of Interest: Why do PTLs like Fabrizio Perotti and Bing Obaldo, who have obviously made it, sponsor thousands of affiliates every month?

If there is one single goal that all of us in SFI should focus on, it should be on ONE single success factor that will affect almost all of our streams of income.

This single success factor is "AFFILIATE". There fore set your goal on the number of affiliates you want per month.

We have several types of Affiliates; PSA, CSA, PRM, ECA. We want them all in our team specially PSA's.

Let me first explain why your goal should be related to affiliates.

1. Our two biggest income in SFI are from affiliates. The commission from sales and the executive pool.

2. The cheapest way to earn and maintain a rank is through our PSA's who are turning EA2 and higher. Believe me, it is expensive to maintain a rank via purchase and TC spent in bidding and games.

3. Ranks (that gives us bigger share from executive pool) comes naturally as a consequence of growing PSA's.

Now, how many Affiliates you need as your goal to put your SFI business in a profitable level? You might be shocked but this is the reality in almost all internet marketing.

I will start with small number but the implication will be huge. We only need 5 to 10 active PSA to build and maintain a SFI business that can give us full time income.

BUT only 0.1% to 2% of your affiliates will be come active. Therefore you need 250 to 5,000 affiliates to have 5 active affiliates and 500 to 10,000 affiliates to have 10 active affiliates.

That is the magnitude affiliates that you need to put in your goal. Brace yourself, and plan how to get that number. Study all forms of internet and off line method of marketing and use them to achieve your goal.

Let me give you an idea of my affiliates and my monthly goal. Presently I have 1,031 PSA and 1,491 CSA. I have 5 active PSA's and 7 active CSA's. My monthly goal is additional 200 PSA's per month. I buy some but most of these are coming from my own internet marketing efforts.

For more than 3 decades I worked for 2 different organizations. After some time, I felt there was no point in just working for somebody's profit through out my life. (In fact I did it for most part of my life).

When the awakening came, I started looking for work from home opportunities. Its how I got into SFI through my own efforts.

When I was filling the Profile, I saw different goals (tailor made) and one of them suited my expectation. That was: "Quit my full-time job & work from home".

Before I joined SFI I planned my funds requirement for a year. I ensured, my family expenses are met every month through a regular income. This allowed me to concentrate more on my SFI Business from day one.

Its more than 7 months now. The foundation is well laid. I am on the regular growth path. Many joined my Team - Many left quickly. There are Ups and Downs. The income I see from the first month may not justify my leaving my professional jobs. But I have the confidence that I will become very successful in terms of Returns very soon.

Since the main goal is set I have short terms goals on a month to month basis. SFI itself has provided a " Monthly Goals Format"

I am paying more attention on building and expanding my team now based on the Monthly Goals. I am making slow but steady progress. You will be happy to know that I remain a BTL from the first month itself.

The moment I succeed in building and expanding my down line with strong and active affiliates, I am sure to become a STL, PTL and so on.

I have now set a goal of becoming a STL within next 4 months.

Once I reach that I will certainly aim to become a DTL within the next One year.

Life should have a purpose. Business should have goals. If we do not have goals our existence itself will be meaningless. I do not want to end up my life without any purpose.

Conclusion:

My life's purpose is - bringing happiness to every one I encounter. I need means including money to do it. I honestly feel SFI business will provide this. That's why I have been keeping goals in SFI business. When I achieve these one after another It will be great success for me here. When I succeed here I will succeed in achieving my life's purpose too!!!

I would think your number 1 goal you entered when you joined SFI is your most important goal and in order for you to get to that goal you have to work on every other goal you set for yourself along the way.

I started looking for ways to earn extra money. I got fed up of having to choose between food on my table and a new pair of much needed shoes on my feet. I hated the fact that I could not give my son what I wanted to give him - besides love. I was really fed up with watching life goes by like a parade while I sit on the side lines - so my no # Goal is not to become a billionaire or the richest person on this planet - but simply to improve my standard of living so that I could live my life instead of watching the rest of the world live theirs. So you can bet your bottom dollar on it that I am going to do whatever I can to reach that goal.

Some people just want to get out of debt or pay off their mortgage or build a nest egg, quit their day jobs, buy a new or 2nd car - whatever your motivation for starting this to begin with should motivate you to keep going.

Since SFI is all about duplication,

Team building is on top of my list.

Here is why:

1) I will re-emphasize, SFI's fuel is DUPLICATION.

2) With duplication, you get to apoint of spending less and earning more...since your team mates get to buy from triple clicks every now and then and in so doing, you get to earn commissions from both your PSAs and CSAs.

3) With the advent of Diamond Team Leader, without a formidable team, you will never get to that level since one needs 5(FIVE) first level PTLs(Platinum Team Leaders).

4) It's an old mystery that is still at work even to this day of, the more people you help, the more you get to improve your self on the whole...So when you are responsible for the growth of those under you, you will have no choice but to get actively involved in SFI...since you will have to learn and understand before you can effectively help those under you.

The most important goal I have set for my SFI business is to attain the highest SFI rank and earn the highest monthly income possible.

How do I plan to achieve my 2015 SFI goals:

1. I put God first. I know that if we put our trust in God and we desire to serve Him, we can accomplish great things. Every morning I lift up the names of my active affiliates for God's blessings and grace.

2. Then, I visualize the Diamond Team Leader badge already displayed in my Homepage. Why do I do that? As an engineer sees first in his mind the bridge, and builds it, I too, see in my mind my Diamond Team Leader badge, and work it.

3. Then, I will work on my short-term goals based on my long-term goal. My current SFI rank is Silver Team Leader. Before I can become a Diamond Team Leader I need to attain the Gold Team Leader rank first, then the Platinum Team Leader. I will follow the strategies on how to become a Diamond Team Leader as explained in The Plan at https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan and from Melvin Vibar’s Forum post entitled Simple Facts + Simple Plan = Success at https://www.sfimg.com/forum/thread?id=2075

3. I will Teach my new PSAs to a) Become a Fast Track Member to be eligible to receive a 10% Fast Track bonus share in the TC Executive Pool. 4. Join to win the Leadership Challenge contests.

6. Stay focused and do SFI & TripleClicks tasks seriously and actively.

With conviction, I can say to myself, “I will be a Gold Team Leader this month of January 2015; and soon to be a Platinum. . . . the path that would lead me to the DIAMOND!”

In my opinion, although goals are important, it is not the act of setting the goals that's key. It is the activity you do to make sure you are on your way to achieve those goals.

Let's say your goal is to get 1 active PSA each month. What do you do to get that active PSA? Buying S-Builder, PSA To Go, or other products from ECAs alone is not enough. You need to put effort into teaching these new affiliates the ropes. So that's why I say the effort, or the actual tasks that you do is important.

After saying all that, for me, my most important goal is to get as many PSAs as I can. That is too general you think? Not if you decide to increase your advertising efforts by having a website designed specially for SFI like I have. I have decided to put more effort into this website. Put more useful content. And advertise it everywhere.

I have also decided to buy more X-cards (even though the shipping fees are high but I feel it is worth it) because I want to leave these X-cards everywhere I go. I don't want to run out in the first week. Plus there are various kinds of X-card targeting different types of people. You never know which ones will grab attention.

Then I plan to pause and review my advertising effort at the end of the third month. Have I gotten the increase in the number of PSAs that I intended? If not, then I need to change something. The start again for the fourth month.

My Number one goal is communication Participation and promoting.
Why.
Communication supports your team and helps them achieve the same results I achieve.
I send them my SFI link showing the badges I have earned. Proof of SFI success.
Promoting Daily and Participation. Weekly I make sure to send a message Via the Genealogy tab with any SFI updates.
I also make sure to use an Auto Responder for my team to sign up with.
Receiving daily boot camp training articles on auto pilot.

Promoting. There are lots of FREE sites you can promote at.
YOU need to get your link seen daily. I blast my Tracking link daily testing new sites.
I then use my link showing my badges at the sites that I have tested and have received new team members from. These are the sites I also upgrade with, solely promoting SFI.
Earning random down line to introduce to SFI. Killing to birds with one stone. With being upgraded I also earn extra credits with my teams involvement surfing.

Participation. I log in daily starting at SFI. I do my daily to do. Connect with local members at A2A introducing them to my ECA store. I finish the day participating at my sales generating lead sites promoting SFI. Earning with numerous income resources while solely promoting SFI.

I have a very ambitious plan to earn my major income in SFI from my duplication efforts. That is what informed the goals I set for myself. The most important of the goals I have set for my SFI business is to have 5 active PSAs in 12 months who will be at least EA2 in rank. Here is why:

1. With a plan to recruit 20 PSAs per month that adds up to 240.

2. Of this number, 20 may work the business and be active.

3. From this 20, 5 could make Team Leaders which is very good for my duplication efforts.

4. If the 5 can repeat what I have done myself, my downline may get to 125 active PSAs within the period.

5. When that happens, I believe I will be able to earn passable and attractive passive-income from my efforts within the period.

These are the facts which informed my setting this goal as the most important goal for my SFI business.
