This question is highly interesting. Thanks for it. Now after 5 weekly operations with SFI I get PSAs over and over again. I obey the rules and greet you. Afterwards I send you my tips which I use to the entrance in the business SFI over and over again. Afterwards I put open questions and wait. Till present a person had reacted. Now so I put to myself the following question: When do I react and to reach which request around to the next career step? With me it was a curiosity, because I wanted to know what do I get if I Executive Affiliate.


Because I had worked through the Launchpad in 2 hours and also had linked up SFI with my homepage, few points were absent up to the bronze and silver status.

Many felicitations had motivated me. In the next month I was on zero and the disappointment was big. I did not come any more so simply on the silver status. So I imagined, you must also collect with SFI negative experiences and setbacks, so I can know, what brings me forwards. As soon as you yourselves the automatic order of 1500 VersaPoint (e.g., 125 Tripllekredits for 36 dollars) you will generate more of the SFI and more income. Here the key is to the success. Here you count your PSAs what you earn and motivation them do to the same thing. The PSAs can count his income with SFI Income generator. Thus PSAs themselves aim and remain active if you get money on their bankinconut.

In the end I believe that the PSAs must put to themselves the following questions:
Why do I announce myself for what with the SFI?
What want I to earn with SFI and what I am ready to act for it?
How much time; I would like to invest money and readiness to learn?
Which help do I expect from my sponsor / Cosponsor?
What did I do earlier to be successfuly?
How seriously do I mean it with SFI-why?

If PSAs should not jump up then yet, you go on and evaluate her kind of practice after 5 other repetitions. It is always worthwhile in them to invest who want - even if it is for some time only one person. The group will grow: Patience, honesty and everyday diligence will be recompensed. Was in former activities, also in such a way. If we draw inspiration from motivation PSAs and we are to be wanted to leave ready with their together. Good luck.

Hello,

The answer is very simple. New members is very difficult to commit to something. You can them, only by example and teachings show the importance of daily log at SFI.
You need to show them that this is a long-term deal. That this is not a job where you will be rich overnight.
This is a job that brings a very good income, but after 6-18 months.
You have to prepare for it. When you succeed in this, then your member active every day with him and do not mate no worries.

Every individual that are members of SFI have different goals and motivation. The most important thing is to help individual to achieve their goal and keep them motivated. The upline team leader need to be able to identify the business goals of their team member in this context PSAs and support them to achieve such goals. Although this could be very challenging as level of engagement of SFI members are different . But once the PSA is stable , they will be able to commit for a long term.

We can only encourage our PSAS and teach them how to get the best out of there business by sending them information through team mail ect.
You may get a response from some of them who are willing to work with you and build there business but those that are looking quick money wont pay much attention to the important of working with team mate or leaders to build there SFI business.
All we as team leaders have to do is try and work with everyone and try to get more and more PSAs to join our team by doing so you will find others who are serious about make some money doing there own business and have a leaders to help them achieved there goals.
Don't pay too much attention on the fact you have these PSAs and they wont commited to SFI just try to encourage them and seek more to join your team doing so you will succeeded.

You can get them to commit only by showing them the benefits of SFI.Remember these PSA's are here for one thing and one thing only"MONEY". Most probably hey have been looking and are still looking for an opportunity to earn money from the internet.Your role is to show them that SFI is the genuine opportunity and it's history is the evidence for this,plus the number of people joining and running their business here,they will not still be here if this system is not delivering what they expected,you can use this as evidence and you should show them the multi income streams that they can benefit from.
Of they are convinced,then they will be committed,if they're not convinced,then forget it and focus on the workers who are really want to succeed.

Certainly through warm marketing because at sfi what you get is not the one who joined through your referral code but it comes to you randomly. So whomever can you explain each and every step by yourself would certainly make his or her mind to follow your footsteps and always hope for helping hand around. Showing your PSA'S what you have done to bring yourself up to such a commendable position would compel them to stick around you and join hands with you.

Your question can be answered by two situations. The fist situation will focus on your PSAs join to your team through online or any other ways. The second situation is about your PSAs join to your team through your personal or verbal recruitment. Now the results, considering the two situations have different source of PSAs naturally you have to evaluate among these PSAs who commit. My opinion here is that how your PSAs commit to SFI depends on how you capture their interest in online business such as SFI. So your primary task now is to get their interest fist in order to commit to your business.

Lead by example - think of every way you can to develop and promote your SFI business, and then tell your PSAs what you have achieved and how. Offer to guide them through the process, step by step, if necessary, and that way you will build a strong team. "Strong Team" is a secret code phrase for "Future Income". Hahaha!

1. Firstly Communication

a. Initiate communication with your PSAs immediately, this shows them that you have interest in helping them grow their business.
b. Communication with your PSAs increases trust relationship.
c. I your communication be honest, if you don't know the answers to their question be ready to tell them that you are not sure and that you are going to research the topic and also refer them to your up line team members.

2. Lead by example

a. Always practice what you preach to your PSAs. i.e. Let them get encouraged by the badges you are having in your home page.
b. Refer them to the worthy information as supplied by SFI by referring them to the links and tabs for information. Stay away from doing the research more for them for you are building a business of leaders that can lead that is in other ways you are "training the trainers".

3. Incentives

a. Offer incentives to the hard working PSAs. SFI have free cards that you can send to them for work well done. e.g. Congrats e cards etc.
b. When your budget allows give them TCredits as a reward, have challenges between them. My sponsor uses this and it works.

4. Keep in touch

a. Keep the communication lines open;
b. Do not shy away from the PSAs that speak a different language than you, remember SFI has a translate option and Microsoft too has translate use it to your success.

5. Your experiences

a. Share your:-

i. Frustrations you encountered at first with the business and the resolution thereof;
ii. Successes in your business and how did you came about reaching them.

To get new PSA to commit to SFI is quiet a doddle as I have learnt if you show them all the benefits that SFI has to offer.Its like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey eventually they will bite.Once you have seen what Goals they have ,you can exsplain to them they can reach that Goal if they stay committed to signing in everyday.
