Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

It's true that it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business, therefore so you need, must have first of all a program of work well-defined, such as ECA program and then involve all your PSAs and CSAs.
If your downline do not respond means that they do not have the quality or do not have time, and in this case patience, we can do nothing, but if they accept, you must work with them as a team every day.

I just learned how it works. This is an strictly a team work. That´s why we need to work hard to convince our PSA and CSA groups to follow the rules in SFI business.
The Sponsors have a huge reponsability to stay on a daily contact with all groups of PSA and CSA under their command! To convince all PSA and CSA, the Sponsor have to do a lot of work. The Sponsor have to learn so much to give them good and complete messages to teach them and be very accurate and clear to avoid missunderstanding.
