What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?

Here is the way I answer this question!
The only thing that you can be sure is your own work. As co-sponsor I send every day messages to encourage and teach my affiliates under my responsibility as co-sponsor the little things I´d leaned the day before, so they get the energy and knowlegde to work in SFI. After I had learned how to deal things in SFI web page and I pass it to my co-sponsor daily. When I had received from them a good feed back is the fact that I need to say that my work is already done.
It´s a constant and daily work to form yourself as a co-sponsor!

Why should I invest in SFI?

I just had already invested in SFI. It´s seems already armed and up running business. You just work and learn from it and you are already in it. As I am a beginner and I´m just learning how to manage a different way of life. I have found that it´s not hard to handle the daily working and learning from it and following the advices from others that you can callect from everybody else that are shown in SFI web page.
We can consider a reasonable personal action to invest it in SFI!
Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

You don´t have to go so far to get the most information, you just have to stick into SFI´s Homepage!
In my personal opinion, I have found the best answers about SFI at the proper SFI´s Homepage and ate The Forum.
The SFI´s Homepage has all the information you need about how to handle SFI. You also can find great answers of any matter with ASK SC.
You just have to read and explore with patient and your will get the knowledge you need.
Other way to find many solutions is asking your Sponsor and the members of your upline! That's another magnificent way to achieve knowledge and experience.

Why do so many affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI?

It´s not so easy!
Sometimes missing the knowledge or having a sort of fear don´t let them continue with the daily work! Also when lazy people get a responsibility, the become losers and they don´t put enough energy to success!
Some people surrender very soon and they don´t know how to give themselves a big opportunity of success.
We have to understand that many people doesn´t like to be helped by anyone else and the missed a huge opportunity like SFI and Tripletricks.
We have to encourage new associates to make them avoid miss the opportunity of working with welfare enterprise.

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

This is my suddenly experience!
To empower you communications skills with your sponsored affiliates team, you should use daily all the ways SFI provides you in the genealogy spot!
Also, you have to reach the special tools in the Affiliate Power Tips provided by SFI, so you could be more accurated with your rol.
The last advice is to contact them directly with emails messages, to explain them with more datails how to improve their goals!

As my personal experience, advertising is a tool that means all about "sending correct messages". We have to remember that people does not like to read much. If this messages are good they will be very effective. But If they are also short, they will be twice effectiveness and accuracy. So we have to be very accurate and smart to get the best and more effective information in our advertising campaigns. SFI has complete catalogue of proven ideas, so I recommend meanwhile we are learning how to manage, to read and learn from SFI and afterwards, you can expand your knowledge with more criteria.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

I just learned how it works. This is an strictly a team work. That´s why we need to work hard to convince our PSA and CSA groups to follow the rules in SFI business.
The Sponsors have a huge reponsability to stay on a daily contact with all groups of PSA and CSA under their command! To convince all PSA and CSA, the Sponsor have to do a lot of work. The Sponsor have to learn so much to give them good and complete messages to teach them and be very accurate and clear to avoid missunderstanding. This are the main points to achieve a great communication.
