While it can be a little more time consuming, I have found it best to ask my team how they want to be communicated with. The reason why it is more time consuming is that you will have those who like the SFI mailer, others who want direct email contact, some who will want to connect via FB or some other social media platform, and there will be those who prefer VOIP communications using platforms like skype and viber.

By communicating with each member of your team via their desired method, you will stand a much greater chance of them engaging with you.

We have many communication ways here at SFI.
Since you ask for the most effective one, I believe the live chat is the most effective way to communicate with your team, because is done on one-on-one.
With the live chat, you get to know your affiliates better. You discus things one on one. The affiliate can ask you question, and you can answer them immediately and explain whatever need to be explained. Unlike sending random messages that might not help your affiliates. It makes the relationship even better. You are also 100% sure here that your affiliate did get your message.

Well I can say that this question is very easy, but it is good question, because communication with your PSA's and CSA's is from big importance in this job. You have several ways to communicate with them. First of all is your genealogy. You can send group e-mail, that means, to everyone you are connected. Second, you have PSA mailer and CSA mailer. PSA mailer is message to your all PSA's, and CSA mailer is message to your all CSA's. Third, by e-mail address. Fourth, social networks like, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Skype, Viber etc. Fifth, if you have phone number, you can call them or text them. I think that would be all.

  There are many ways for a successful communication through the internet and other technology. Any type of communication that show with your team and if it brings positive results is successful. Sending a team-mails, messages in the inbox SFI, sending mailers to SFI for the whole team, CSA members or PSA members, conversations through Facebook, Skype, Twetter all contribute to quality communication course if there is a positive response to this, the results should be any means of communication to try . Perhaps the best way to start communication are welcome to send a message to the occasional picture. It is important to constantly communicate s?lanovima even those who do not work, because sending a message to them may show that you still doing this job, let them feel that they can succeed, so maybe they decide to work again.

Hello!
I think the most effective way to communicate with your team is email or chat in SFI.
You can send them group message at first to explain them how to start, how to make VP and so on.
But I think is best for them to comunicate in email, to know them better. And in chat if they have an important question and you two are online at the same time.
Stream is ok too, to remind them when to do their weekly Versapoints.

I like SFI's idea of a once a week team letter to everyone.I just pretend
they are all excited and interested in hearing from me.

I like getting mail from my sponsors.This way I feel like more than a number.

When team members hit the Daily Grand,reach the 1500 v.p. marker,or I have not communicated with them in awhile,I send an e-card.

I probably send too many notes.So far no one has complained.

This is a nice question and everybody wants to communicate with their team and want to motivate their down-line or give support to them for their best.

In my view the best way to communicate is sending personal mails. If you don't have the Ids, then send them Genealogy mails every week.

One more way is, If you know your team members personally then arrange a meet and communicate with them personally(face to face). Or else you can call them on phone and communicate.
But, remember that it must be a friendly talk. Don't include criticism, negative motivation.

SFI procedures are presented in great detail all media . They are almost all that are accepted worldwide. But it is obvious that their effectiveness varies from case to case , from situation to situation.
In my case, after 46 days in SFI affiliate , communication volume was 90% covered by communicating with my team members . So I understand from the beginning SFI , and so presents itself differently in SFI Basic. We have not yet reached communicating with buyers from various ECA or TC . But the time will come .
My situation is that I am from Romania , so in a country where business is developed SFI only. We are about 40,000 there a Romanian affiliates , active and very active of which are less . I estimate about 2,000 people in this situation . In my team I have five Romans, of which three are very active . We all worked mail messages , facebook , mailsfing , etc.
But the most effective way of collaboration was the phone call . By this mode of communication I managed to help the team.
The second are your mail . You can say that those who remained in business with good work , I respond to 70 % of messages. Often receive questions from dinsii , and they respond after I document.
Another situation is that of communication with CSAs from other countries. With them we did only partially to establish relationships mail communication . Unfortunately FEEDBACK not produced . They do not really give response to mail messages , and when I say this I mean the Indians, Pakistanis , Filipinos and even Americans. I can not risk spending phone because I do not think I can understand them, because they do not think they know English at a precise conversations , as indeed and I'm in the same situation .

The most effective way to communicate with the team is creating the "group chat" on facebook, so it creates a group communication and each of the members may be included in the conversation related to a particular topic or problem.

This option is educational in nature, because both members learn from each other how to behave on certain situations in solving problems. All ambiguities are resolved in this way are usually the leaders, quickly and efficiently.

If any of the members absent, can always see threads of conversation, and it will be promptly notified, and on the basis that they will react in the right way at SFI.
