What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

The best way to that I have found to communicate is welcoming them in the beginning with an e-card. Then following up with them daily with a new stream and hopefully soon setting a group goal, which should help my team to get motivated. I also let them know that I am there for each and everyone of them if they need help with something or just have a question.

The best way to communicate with your team is to use the E-CARD available for every need or the best tool used by me is the PSA MAILER and CSA MAILER that allows you to send messages to everyone at the same time, there are available also examples of newsletters that help you communicate with your PSA and CSA.

There two group of Team members in a Team
1) PSA -> (personally sponsored affiliates)
2) CSA -> (co-sponsored affiliates)
For Communicating to PSA we can use Power Tools -> PSA Mailer menu. if we are communicating to our CSA we use Power Tools -> CSA Mailer menu.
We can also make use of Home -> Stream menu for Communicating for both PSA and CSA Team members.

If they are locally based maybe have a get together, a pot luck maybe and discuss the best strategies to build the business. If they are distant affiliates then you should send emails or chat online if they are available. You can also go on Skype and have a group discussion. Technology i so advanced and there are numerous other alternatives.
The most effective way to communicate with your team is personally, "face to face" if there are possibilities for that. If this is not possible, try with skype. It is in human nature to wish to see the face of other people if he want to cooperate with them in some business. Then , if this is not possible, we can use emails, facebook etc... and we can always use team mail.

About this question, i think that you should allways be in contact with your team members, and down line.Modern way of life give us possibility to be in all day-contact with our team. It helps for our succsesfull cooperation in future. The best way is ALLWAYS MOTIVATION! Also, comucitation by social networks, SFI E cards, sfi chat, mail, etc.

Dear Sir,
You can contact with your team through SFI chatting, you can communicate via email or Skype. Skype is perhaps the best solution because you can talk together and at the same time you can send each other links and video instructions, and advertising links.

Simply put the most effective method of communication with your team is to only have a team where every single member is on fire and 'pulling at the bit' type of action oriented people..
Which won't happen because it's too perfect but than too perfect is much too boring!!! Allow your team to take time to communicate with you. If they REALLY Want to they will find a way.
I send a unique newsletter every week. I send e-cards for no occasion and just because. TCredits for EA, EA2, and PSA's for BTL's and up!!!
