The best ways to track your adds would be with keycodes and by using a google analytics tracking code for your personal domain.
Check the inermediate marketing methods regarding key codes usage.
The google analytics tracking code on your website will also help you analyze the views etc to also help you expand your profit margin!

Right now I work on my smartphone. I have a plan to buy a certain laptop from TripleClicks in the New Year.
I took two lengthy computer programs years ago when I was in "computer college." I still use my skills whenever it's possible to do so.
One thing I do just for fun is I make spreadsheets in Excel.
When I get my new laptop I will make a page for each site I advertise on, list all of the keycodes, record the hits and enter a formula to add up the hits per keycode and month. I will also make a page or pages listing all sites and all numbers so that I have them all at a glance.
It might seem like a lot of work but, for myself, it would be fun. I love to create, I love to play with numbers and I would have handy spreadsheets.

This is what you are going to do. Put Key Code in you SFI ID in every advertisement you post. Your Key Code is a numbers from one digit to four digits. After you SFI ID e.g. sfi4.xxxxxx7.key code/FREE. This the best way to track your ads. Aside, from this it will become your basis for making a re-advertisement for that site. Maximize you results by continue monitoring your tracking.

Another way to track your ads could be the use of a survey. You can ask your affiliates how they found out about SFI so you can find out which method of advertising worked. Other than that, I am not sure of any other way so I will leave that up to others to add suggestions with their answers.

I use one of them for twitter, second for pinterest, third for ads on sites and so on. You can find out which of your ads is the best and sometimes in which special time you should to promote.

I use the Hit Tracking under Power Tools to track my ads. This gives you a complete list of each Key Code you have used and how many hits there has been made to it. The hit tracking refreshes each Sunday, so you need to remember to check before the end of each week to see the results.
