Hi Emma.

Can I ask you a question? What do YOU want your Affiliates to achieve in SFI? You Lead by Example. Tell your downline what you experienced in SFI and that you will be able to help them achieve what you have, but with their input, meaning they have to do the daily tasks as required by SFI.

If your Affiliates want to succeed they will follow you and both, them and you rise up.

Another question. Helping your Affiliates to much. How do you Help to much? Are they

Yes! When someone asks me "What do I do now?" I usually check their Profile and find how much time they will devote on a daily basis, and what their goals are. And suggest they start Reading!

I most frequently suggest they log in on a Daily basis - 7 days a week and spend one hour a day. Of course I recommend the 3 tabs: Start, SFI Basics and Launch Pads, then the Red Bar and check out all the tabs, including the Alerts and reading the Forum questions and answers. I also stress

YES! and again I say YES!
yes there is such a thing as helping your affiliates too much! and here is why?

1) SFI has structures in place that ensure that as along as your are being an active SPONSOR, the minimum you can communicate to your affiliates is atleast weekly...and ofcourse as a GOOD SPONSOR, it is assumed your communication is full of helpful information and incentives once in a while.

2) Spoonfeeding might work anywhere else but not in an affiliate program where

Yes. To my mind, "helping your affiliates too much" means spending enough money on their behalf to make them not have to follow through with promoting or recruiting on their own. For example, if you include these PSAs on every co-op without paying for their share, sending them money to help pay for their standing orders, and sending welcome messages to the PSAs they get through the co-op you run, that's too much. They're not likely to do all that themselves, which means they'll never

Hello

There is a very fine line between "helping" and "spoon feeding". Allow me to explain: HELPING = when your affiliate ask questions as:" How do I this....or what can I do to...". Spoonfeeding is when they require from you how to earn each VP, and questions like: "How do SFI work" or even better: "why do I need VersaPoints"????

This "spoonfeeders" wil take up your time, and you may even get them to EA Rank for

In SFI business, affiliates constitute a major live-wire for your survival as a business person. Just like your own offspring, you can afford to help them too little. I therefore believe that there is no such thing as TOO much unless you are unable to respect the fine line between the permissible limits. You do have an obligation to help your affiliates to succeed in this business and to achieve the best success possible. Your physical, moral and or financial help to them is very vital in that quest.

This is a great question. If we are teaching duplication, this is not a good idea.

I used to give everyone 10 T credits. If they are not very active, you lose them anyway.

Better to buy a gift certificate.Give your non-movers $2 with a expiration of 10 days.
That way you get your money back if they do not use it.

When you have an active down-line,but they need more referrals, open a couple of co-ops.
I have one called "new People" and the other

Great question!

My answer is yes. We can only point our new Affiliates to the same information we have access to. There has been many occasions when new Affiliates showed expressions of dependency by making statement similar to not being helpful for them, and help from a friend has helped them more.

We live in a society of dependent citizens who think they are entitled to certain privileged efforts from us just because we are listed as leaders. "Your my sponsor do it for

Believe it or not,yes there is.
And in short - that is doing their job instead of them.

Say,you got someone in your downline who should start advertising on Facebook. And he or she should create a profile, but he or she doesn't know it (or should create profile on Twitter, but doesn't know it).OK,no one's born an expert,I know, but I believe in few sentences you can explain how to do it (it's not so complicated). But,even after all your efforts, that person is still having trouble

There is a such thing. You should think of it like helping your child with their science fair project. You can only help them so much until it becomes yours.
You need to guide and mentor. If you do too much, they will become dependant on that. You have to have a balancing act between help and guidance verses building their business for them.
They have to go through the process...the ups, downs, wins and losses. Going back to your children as the example. When you are teaching your
