Hello Sandra, Nice question that I am sure is relevant to all team members. This is what I do.

I login every day and quite often, multiple times a day, just to check whether I have any messages and if anything new has cropped up.

I attend to my ToDo list of tasks. I then go through the list to make sure I have earned every single VP that I possibly can. Just make sure that your VP are the same as today’s date in the daily actions section.

I then check out the Ask SC section to see if there are any questions open for answering and, if there are, I compose a great answer and enter it to receive more VP.

I communicate regularly with my team. Not every day but I send a team mail once weekly and when there is some news, I send this as well.

I check the TripleClicks store for new items in case there is something which I buy on a regular basis. If I have an upcoming Birthday, I check the TripleClicks store for gifts. It is just so convenient to purchase gifts from your own country and adds to your tally of VP.

I have a look at my messages to see if anyone has a specific question that they want answering and I research and get the answer and compose a reply to them.

I play the games. Such a great way to increase your MRP and your knowledge as well. When my MRP reach a suitable amount, I make a purchase from the TripleClicks store. I purchase mainly more PSAs and thus increase my team.

I have my own website where I post the SFI news and have several pages dedicated to learning which is made brief and which team members can go to for help even when they can’t reach me. I regularly post the SFI news and anything else which I think might help members to build their business.

I do the following:

2. I perform the daily and other actions to gather the requisite VPs.
3. I check the Movers List specifically.
4. It gives the information on who is active and who is not, etc.
5. Based on this, I visit the Genealogy to understand further on point 4 above.
6. I act accordingly. This includes:-

a) Sending Mails individually;
b) Sending Group Mails;
c) Speaking over phone;
d) Sending SMS;
e) Contacts over social Media;

Apart from the above, I also focus on:


a) Promotional activities through social media/local ads etc;
b) Coordination with contacts to arrange for small group meetings;
c) Demonstration of EZ games for friends and other family members in the evening;
d) Meet and discuss with acquaintances for prospective PSAs;

These are some of the major activities I do on a day to day basis. The purpose of doing all these is:

1. To consolidate the existing gains in SFI Business;
2. To explore possibilities for promotion & expansion of business;

Conclusion:

To this date, I am able to stick to the above plan on a day to day basis. I honestly feel I am able to do a reasonably good job!!

First thing I do is all the stuff on the SFI/TC Website that I need to do such as daily tasks and any auction/gaming stuff. Also posting some product links to my facebook and twitter accounts.

However my main promoting of SFI/TC happens when I leave the site and go and advertise on other outside platforms that I use. So everyday, I either purchase or do what I need to to get free advertising on the numerous other sites that I use as part of my promotion of the SFI/TC business.

I also have a SO for both 10 PSA's to go and 1 share of S-Builders that I use to promote my business here. When I get enough MRP I go around to all the TC stores that offer hits to your sites or direct PSA's and order some of those with my MRP also.

So I use various and numerous method's to promote my business. Just make sure you are using Hit Tracking so that you know which methods work the best.

How much time do you have to invest in your business?

If you do not have a lot of time you will review your red tabs every day and do whatever you can to earn the VP.

Do the advertising and promoting spread out over the week. Eg. On a Monday you can place advertisements, On a Tuesday you can follow up on advertisements you placed - and so you allocate some time for every aspect of your business.

I would suggest answering e-mails on a daily basis.

You need to analyse your efforts and see where you are having success and where you are wasting your time. Once you determined that you can spend more time doing the actions that proved a success and building on that.

If you have a lot of time you can do more on a daily basis. You can advertise every day. You talk to people every day - so you can do word of mouth on a daily basis - whether you have a lot of time or not. Try to support your down line as they need it - if a member of your down line has a problem - try to help them as soon as possible or at least acknowledge their e-mails on a daily basis and get back to them with an answer as soon as possible if you can not help immediately.

SFI business is a daily and continuous business. Once you take time to learn the fundamentals, everything becomes routine and easier on daily basis. For me, I do the following daily without fail to promote my business.

1. Post the links of items I am promoting for sale at TripleClicks in my Social Media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
2. Check and review my advertising campaigns on Free ads and Paid ads.
3. Work on and post new articles on my blog and website.
4. Review and Revise my ads as necessary to increase performance.
5. Send out more E-cards and emails promoting my business.
6. Track and analyze my ad activities from my Hit Tracking results.
7. Read SFI daily tips and implement immediately those tips relating to promotion.
8. Find out what is new at the forum and Ask Sc as related to business promotion.
9. Follow-up prospects I have been working on.
10. Help my downline to do these same things.
11. Do any other activities which may crop up to promote my business but may not necessarily be routine.

There are Four basic things that we should be doing daily to be able to promote our SFI business and push it to profitable level.

1. We should not stop finding affiliates. - We should understand that the main success factor here at SFI are affiliates. So I am doing sponsoring daily. I am posting on FB, and other ads sites. I also put it in my daily itinerary to talk to one person about SFI. I do that through chat at FB.

2. We should be collecting VP on the daily basis - Personally earned VP will give us the ranks. The higher our ranks the more benefits we have. The best of this is matching VP that we can harvest when our affiliates (PSA and CSA) are turning EA2. So we should not miss our daily, weekly and monthly VP's and other tasks that earn us more VP. These are listed in our TO-DO list tab.

3. We should be doing duplication on a daily basis. - This simply means we help our Affiliates (PSA and CSA) to do the things that we are doing. We teach and we answer their questions. We should send messages to group and to individuals according to their situation.

4. We should be learning and studying Daily - This is important because you need to make plans and strategies on how you can make your business succeed and you also need it to help your affiliates with their problems.

So, do these four daily and soon you will be successful in your SFI business.

You can promote your SFI business in many ways.
Two major groups are online and offline.


ONLINE (which is more popular nowadays):

1. Advertising:common ways are through social media (Facebook,Twitter,Pinterest...),whether it's done on your profile or in the group(s) that you belong,then through your blog(s),newsletter(s),etc.Publish your successes (milestones) at SFI on your social profiles.Note:you can use free marketing aids and methods,that are listed here:

The point here is to draw attention of target audience to you,to make them interest in you (and your offering).

The point here is to present/explain more what is it about,which is this company and its products,how it's working.Also,to expand knowledge and skills of your downline and build stronger relationship (trust) among you.

The points here are multiple:combination of points under advertisement and marketing + clearing problems and things that are not understood completely,keeping motivation of affiliates high,giving short instructions,etc.

1. W3:with Wave3 (W3) you are getting car decal,and after you put it on the window of your car it does promotion for you:people are seeing its attractive message and get interested in it.

2. distributing of gift-cards:when you meet someone (or draw someone's intention) that is interested in SFI business,you can hand him/her gift-card (instead of traditional business card).More details can be found here:

3. face-to-face recruiting:in everyday's occasions (in the shop,on the street,in the waiting-rooms...) you can talk with different persons (known or unknown) and you can tell them about your business.You can combine it with gift-cards.

Tripleclicks:order things from your web store and show them to others.I remember a story of a man who bought iPhone on Tripleclciks (for a pretty low price),when it came and his wife saw it - he immediately "got" her as a partner in SFI business.Even more,his wife told her 3 friends about it,and all of them became his PSAs!Learn a lesson from that example.

1. There are umpteen numbers of activities to promote your SFI business daily which are enumerated below:-
i). Word of mouth advertising. Talk to colleagues, relatives and friends and try to make them join SFI using your SFI gateway.
ii) Sticking/pasting posters of SFI and Triple Clicks in public places like Malls/Multiplexes, Town Halls, Local Parks, Educational Institutions, neighbourhood streets ,Social Clubs and several similar locations.
iii) Dropping the Wave -3 visiting cards in taxis, public transports while travelling in them, leaving these cards behind after paying the bill with ample tips to the stewards in hotels/restaurants you dine.
