Marketing training and communication are all vital keys to the success of any business especially here at SFI, the difference is that you have to strike the right balance, by paying more attention to your short comings than your strengths. However remember what may work for another affiliate, may not work for you, therefore it all depends on where you want to go to succeed the most. One hour per day is plenty time to divide in three equally or otherwise.

People enjoy on SFI like a personal company, and some of member spend 12 and more hours a day, to get what he/she want.
Most of user think that is important to collect 12 VP daily or weekly, and don't dedicate to much time on marketing and team growing.

First of all, if we are already in a job that enable us to pay our bills. We need to balance as much time as possible between both.
SFI is a business that we built from scratch and as the journey make progress we learn, grow and earn. As soon as we build a strong foundation from SFI, we will be able to focus our attention on it full time if we desire.
Remember, each individual has different needs and wants and the amount of time they can put in is up to them.
SFI and TripleClicks are equally important. So, how you spend your time on marketing, training and communication is not a problem.
You can always visits both of these sites every time you have important activity to do. Just learn how to priorities, especially if your time is nor enough to complete task for the day. Continues learning will help you make proper time management.
my time on SFI isn't always the same. Basically most of the time logged on SFI i spend on action points and to check my genealogy ( to see what my members did since my last logging in ).
For marketing I'm not necessarily logged on SFI and also i do most of my communication with my members via mail or other networks.
They say Charity begins at home ,you first starts at home and learn what SFI stands for , an also learn what SFI needs for us to do and then go to Triple Clicks and start learn there what to do and what they need us do - I did that and I am so proud to achieve what I have now 11 batches
