Hi, This question is the most common question that every affiliate would have in their mind. The way to know is that, we have to observer first the logon behaviour of the downline PSA and CSAs.
If you observe that the PSA or CSA is logging on regularly each day, then this is one indicator that they are interested.
Next you need to observe their VP ledger, how they are progressing. For example, if the PSA/ CSA is logging daily but there is no VP increase (12 VP) for daily activities, then

Great question!

First, are they staying on your Movers list? If they're logging in and earning VPs, even if it's just every couple of days, you know they're interested.

Next, are they responding to your emails? Responsive team members will be successful team members.

Third, are they earning badges? The more badges they earn, the more productive they're being.

All of these things will help them learn how to build their own team, and will show that they

Ask your downline team members the reason he or she joined in the first place.

I have done this and have been able to determine if the new PSA or CSA will be a "lifer" or not based on how they respond.

Example: I have heard this response to the question: "I joined so that I can just earn money quickly - get rich program where I earn money from the work done by others". This response tells me that the new affiliate is not prepared to schedule time into this

Mostly every one signup here for earning money. And in most cases some of them want instant earning without concentrate on what is SFI, what we shall do here. Who wants to earn they really follow the rules of SFI. Read the lessons, training materials, etc., and most important they are regular in work. We can find the serious PSAs & CSAs on movers page and also we can check genealogy. Serious PSAs & CSAs will contact us if they need any help, will respond our mails. From genealogy we can see

When I read some of the answers I can't help but think that I do not fit in here - I am very serious about making a success of my business but I am not meeting the criteria some of the answers are giving.

I do not have a standing order - financially I am in a real bad place - that is why I started this in the first place. If having a standing order shows seriousness I guess I am not serious.

But here is the thing - I am serious, very serious. I log in every day, I place ads

Of course you will send all of them a Team letter.I suggest one a week.Take notes what you will put in it.

Next send an e-card to each of your movers letting them know how you will help them succeed.I suggest a co-op invitation, T credits, or a small Gift Certificate to order their Wave3 kit.
People love individual attention from a sponsor.

If they answer or you notice they are now working, you know they are serious.Maybe they were just lost.Could be this huge website

The best way to know if PSA's and CSA's are serious is by looking at your movers tab and your genealogy. I will explain both.

Your movers tab shows people that are logging in and earning points. These are your action movers and attempting to understand.

I am also say check genealogy. Sometimes people come in everyday and don't do anything. You need to TM them and let them know about the Home tab and doing items on the to-do-list.

In either case above, click

Hello Patlam

A very good question here!

The first thing I do upon getting a new PSA or CSA is send them a welcome card and if they respond then they are interested in doing an online business.

Next I send them an email introducing my self and telling them step by step what should be done to grow this business, if they respond then you know they are serious and you should give them encouragement on and off.

I will check their VP ledger daily to see if they

Nice question.

I will answer as my sponsor, my co-sponsor and many upline knew I was serious in this business possibility.
They followed the genealogy my VP Ledger and saw that I:
Every day perform daily tasks
Regularly pay doing the weekly assignments
Do not forget the monthly tasks
-We me to advertise on fb groups seeking for themselves new PSA
-We my advertising elsewhere
-We that I was active in the SFI Forum.
They always respond to their
