Firstly, it is all in their responce via the communication mails that SFI has provide.

Communication is such an important tools in marketing. Communication is also the start of a friendship.

Using the Mover's tab are useful, especially during busy period, acts like a small window to our SFI back office, and use it just like facebook do. From here we know who is active daily and the actives are the one serious for a success.

Moving further in, into Genealogy office

Very good question to help set up a strategy to support your team.
I would divide the answer to this question into 3 parts:
1. Communication - this is a powerful tool in any setup. You communicate with your downline at least once a week. If they communicate back then you know they are into the business and they are willing to be helped. When a PSA / CSA responds then you easily know how to help them
2. Progress - by monitoring their progress you will know who is serious. When you are

Dear Friend!

I think this is a really simple, but essential question. Lets deal with it in detail.

We can get to know, our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building successful SFI business by these following methods.

1. They will regularly login SFI and do their works without a single day break
2. They will get more vps regularly in increasing number count
3. They will gradually become EA, EA2, BTL and so on... (their work always be in progressive manner

Very good question!

No one can ever predict how serious any PSA or CSA will ever be. I had 5-7 PSAs that were very active and were very pleased with me as their sponsor and they rated me very well but they did not stay. The same with some CSAs I mentored them very well by answering questions and sending them weekly newsletters and they thanked me for it. Well some gave me reasons and others just stayed away.

I advise you to keep on doing your SFI business in the best way possible

Hi, There are some obvious things you see on the performance of your affiliates that can give you a guarantee of serious affiliates:

1. The affiliate is always on your movers list every time; meaning he is an active affiliate.
2. Active participation in all aspect of the business Forum, Ask Sc, Games, Auctions etc.
3. Always ask questions on things not clear to him/her through contacting the upline leaders; participate in forum; ASK SC etc
4. Yearning for training and

The only way to know is to check if they are doing what you are doing because I believe you are trying to build a successful business too. Everyone has equal right in SFI, what is expected of you to do in SFI to be successful is what is expected of everyone.

Do they log in everyday like you do?
Do they have zeal and passion for duplication like you do?
What percentage is their Top Author badge, ASK Rating badge and Forum badge?
Do they reach you for questions just the way

I will rephrase the question like this:

How do our PSAs and CSA know how serious we are (as their Sponsors and Co-Sponsors) that we are serious about helping them build a successful SFI Business?

I am forced to do this.

Quite often I find our fellow members mention that they do not hear anything at all from their Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, etc.

There has been very many successful stories here (in SFI) from many Members how they left SFI earlier only to come

One of the indicators I check is their badges - if the PSA/CSA has EA streaks badge and the Daily Versa Points as well, then this PSA/CSA is really serious about SFI.

The most valuable investment for me is TIME because we can never recover or bring back any time lost. Thus, if one CSA/PSA is really devoting SFI as a daily thing, then he or she must be serious about it for time is really invested into SFI.

If your PSA/CSA is constantly on the MY MOVERS tab, then this is really

At the beginning it will be difficult to tell but later on as the PSAs and CSAs settle down and learn more about SFI.

You will begin to tell who is serious and who is not. By observing who is moving and who is not.

You will notice if they visit the Forum regularly and what activities they have been involved in from the movement of their To-Do-List, their Scoreboard, VP Leaderboard, include the growth of their Badge collection on their SFI homepage.

Have they recruit

I have come to the conclusion that some PSA's will not do anything to recruit or even try no matter how well you present yourself or the SFI concept.

I have learned a few tricks/actions to do that seem to work well.

First of all is give praise to those who are taking action. List those who are action takers on your newletters and on your leader page. This seem to be a good motivating action you can take. I have had not movers to movers.

Another good tactic
