I believe we would know if they are serious, by their actions. Not in any particular order.
Do they respond to any emails?
Have they completed any of the reading and questions (learning) series?
Take a look at their Versa Point To-Do list ledger.
Do they have a standing order?
Have they logged in daily?
Final and foremost.... Ask them! :)
If they don''t answer and aren't active unfortunate probaby "No"
If they respond with a question or respond at

Your daily check on your Genealogy report gives you the status of your CSAs and PSAs, this is the best and true gauge that you can use to monitor their seriousness; however if they respond to your messages and tips or e-cards in a certain manner, this will also tell you how serious they are. In short if they show signs of owning their business and treating it with the attention it deserves, then you know for sure that they are serious.

This is the short answer, talk to them.

communication is key because unless you are like me, I tend to learn by doing not by being told what to do, you need the motivation. Go over the basic beginning steps with a person and tell them that this is not a get rich quick scheme, or even a make money quick platform. Tell them that it takes time and patience, then look or listen or read, if you are IMing or Emailing, for the signs that they are still interested. Once they tell you that they

Serious … cold be almost all – because they all want to earn some money here, this is the real motive for enter in SFI.
At start, they only enter every day for to-do list, because that is like a game. After a few days, they realize that the essence of this business it’s duplication. So, they try to start with that, but after 2 weeks, if nobody wants to be affiliate (no money, no even one person) … disappointment comes.
So, in my opinion, if after 3 weeks, someone stay in SFI and

Hello there,

I truly believe that any SFI Affiliate who sets up a 1500 VP Standing Order and log into their Business Center every single day and complete their To-Do-List is very serious about their SFI business. These affiliates will also read your emails and contact you when they have questions.

I hope my answer helps.

I have learnt from the little experience I have got with sfi that the fact that an affiliate gets serious at the begginning does not mean he/she is actually serious about building a successful sfi business . Many of them get zealous when they start in their first month but by the time they see their earning, they are nowhere to be found again. They fail to understand that sfi is no a get-rich quick type of business.
A serious affiliate will continue with his business having it in mind that

Hello,

How do we know if our PSA or CSA are serious? It is easy, If your PSA or CSA tries to learn more about SFI, meaning he tries to log in everyday and making versaponts everyday...That is a clear sign that he's serious with his SFI business.

Here are the two main factors why he's not progressing.
1. No credit card or paypal account
2. No capital to invest

As a sponsor or Co-sponsor, we must show support for him and his business.

The only way to know is through your genealogy list and mover tab in you account. check the date in which each of them log in last in SFI and their accumulated VP so far. And also use MOVER TAB to know which PSA or CSA is in contest daily and make sure you encourage them to even do more than their current status.
Note; Your success rely on their success...
THANKS!
