How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

1. Every day, try to browse Genealogy and VP Ledger page.
2. It is here you will see exactly what is happening in their business.
3. If your PSA and CSA have adequate quantity Versa Points are serious about building a business SFI.
4. If you do not perform daily tasks, try to contact them, you may need your help.
5. Give them your support and encourage them to work, you will be grateful for your interest.
How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

Dear Maja
1. In contacts with other people, be polite and nice.
2. Never criticize even when a person is working less.
3. Avoid contact with such a person individually, eg. Via Skype or by phone.
This interview will benefit more than writing e-mail.
4. Do not force anyone to do anything if you do not want to because you will be shunned.
5. If someone has a problem, try to help him.
6. Always be patient and listen to what someone has to say to you.
7. Be gentle and forgiving.
This business involves duplication, this is what you give to that person, it is the same cast of another.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

Hi Dhiraj Kumar,
To build a business mainly for the SFI as much time as you can.
It is very important that you each day to log onto your site and made all possible tasks. Visit the Forum and Ask CS read entries and advice. Play Daily Crown.
Take some time to contact with your dog and CSA, write to them.
Every day we promote SFI, advertise on FB, Twitter, etc ... and invite new partners.
