You can motivate your PSA/CSA to reach their goal. You must respond them like a family member not stranger. First of all it is important to know the way you can motivate them actually what is their style of learning anything. Do not try to want quick result. We can offer some rewards for them. You have to care of them. Some affiliate would do anything happiness while others won't care. If you want to motivate you have to talk to each affiliate.

You can support and motivate your team members without demanding to much or turning them off by giving them a valuable information about all opportunities in SFI and TripleClicks. You are here to give useful information, to be available for any questions, you are not here to judge.
I think, no one sponsor could not do anything with some affiliate which is here only for cheap fun, that is lost battle. But, if affiliate is interested in this business your role is to help him with your knowledge

Communication is key.

With correct communication, you can build relationship and understanding.

Once you have these in place, you can tell them, even push them a little. It is allowed in leadership.

Successful people don't mind being pushed by a leader they love and trust. Good things don't come easy anyway. So don't be afraid to 'push' your PSAs if need be, what is important is, why are you pushing? selfish or selfless?

The only way to motivate your team members without demanding too much or turning them off is giving them the tools, they need and if they need help, be there for support. One of the things I learned was you cannot make people want to be successful. They have to want it for themselves. Just give them results and most of your team will follow.

Nice question! Well you can support and motivate them by setting yourself as an example about your successful bussiness and how much you satisfied and happy with your work. By observing you they will encourage themselve and automatically they motivate themselves by turning them off and without demanding too much..
