Just like in any business, there is also need to work, collaboration with all members of your group, especially with those who are willing to work. Teach others as well as yourself.
The main components of good work leader is to lead by example, which means to persevere even when everything does not go the way we want. We are not the bosses of these people, we offered them a unique opportunity income to improve their living conditions, we gave them the opportunity to achieve their goals and dreams. SFI us do that gives all its support.
Staying honest and nurture a good relationship with people to help them "first steps".
Satisfaction is mutual.

How do you explain and promote transfer buying to your team members?

Hello there! First of all, I would recommend-lead by example. Many read the instructions, follow the instructions sponsors and SFI slowly getting insight into the essence of trade and learning your team members. Follow their work, weekly status, follow the instructions ECA, buy, recommend ....
And another thing: Tell them something nice, such as: Trust yourself, as I trust you.

Any action recommended by the SFI support, your sponsor, your team, your A2A friend, do your daily tasks in SFI, SFI blog and Gerry on the blog, is a good measure. A good measure is to follow your work and work of your people in a team and have good time ,inform them about any qualifications and salary prospects.
A good measure is certainly that daily talking with people and you're in contact with them, you offer SFI opportunity to every who wants to increase their quality of life and improve their financial status.Daily work, business planning, teach-good measures.
For me personally, as one of the best measures to teach people how to work in SFI and learn to do them consistently and fairly, of course,on unobtrusive and pleasant way.People are not our property.
I am sure that even your success with these and similar measures will not be absent.

I will share your experience. Among the multitude of almighty advertising, gaudy colored placards and inviting stacks of money, I was following the advice of my friend and sponsor decided for the SFI, as it attracted my attention first with the non-imposition.
I liked the calm inviting style, I liked the graphics, numerous opportunities for trade, socialize and short-seemed to me a real chance of success and financial solutions to my problems.
SFI is working successfully for many years, is varied and interesting.
I like it because everyone can choose a particular field of activity and earning money, you can create choices about how and in what way will you earn.Earnings are still published every day, you can see pay scale.
I personally like ,that these SFI can even help in spreading our own organization.
