Hi Florence, Great Question!

I first try to reach them within the first 24 hours of having them assigned to me. If I am successful in reaching them or can see they have been signing in I will maybe send an ecard to share a tip. Or, ask them which road they are wanting to go down: The fast track to EA or the day by day road. Not in a hurry to get to the next step.

Sometimes if I see they are on line I will see if they would want to chat. If no answser then I will leave a small

Stop worrying about putting them under too much pressure.

Being a business owner means you have to be ready to do the heavy lifting, face challenges, and deal with stress. By coddling your PSA you are not helping them get prepared for owning their own business.

Sure some will leave and say you scared them off but let's face it, out of every 100 PSA 97-99 of them will leave anyhow.

The ones who can't handle the truth, or the challenge ahead, or get overwhelmed too

How can you support?
If you attempt to have your team members who are dissatisfied they will remain dissatisfied until you receive rid of the root of the dissatisfaction, once you carry aside the source of dissatisfaction your people will be subject to your motivation efforts;
1. Financial Support- Documentation of financial backing, backing, funding and just offer to them your great offer without asking too much or working them sour.
2. Time Management Support. – Just send them

Leave the warnings about what will happen if they do not make EA and about loosing their team members to SFI.

Send your weekly mail to them with positive quotes, acknowledgements and tips to them. You have to be positive and optimistic in your communication to them - it is contagious (like a smile). If you persevere they might eventually catch it from you.

If you can afford it - offer them incentives like T-credits or a share in a co-op.

Competitions to encourage

The best way to do that is to recognize your team members as independent and separate business persons who happen to be your business partners. Show them that you are all in the business for the fun and to make money. Invite them to come along with you for a joyous and profitable ride. To buttress and reaffirm these ideals, I recommend you do the following:

1. Show decent respect for your team members as your partners and let that reflect in all your dealings with them.
2. Limit

It might seem difficult to find the right words and the appropriate time to send your support messages and motivate your team members, but doing this effectively actually takes quite a bit of finesse. Choosing the right words, listening with our minds instead of just our ears or what we just read with our eyes, and getting our message across are skills that we all need to work on.

Here are some tips on how you can effectively support and motivate your team members without demanding too

E-cards are wonderful for communicating on an individual basis.

Some affiliates have trouble with English, some know nothing about marketing, some have never been a part of a social or business community or know how to place ads.

You must learn to sort this out.Worse case is treating a seasoned marketer like a newbie.

My first team letter after the welcome E-Card,asked questions that will give me some clues how to help them. Then it is time for the Here To Help

I like you question it shows that you care about your fellow teammates (down-line PSAs and CSAs). Our down-lines would respond much better when they are truly treated as teammates instead of our source of income.

Motivating your teammates can be a real chore, what you may think is motivating may be looked at as being pushy or demanding. I have found the best way to motivate people is to lead by example.

I know everyone will tell you to motivate others by being

You have a very appropriate question, because if you observed one of our culture here at SFI is flexibility and we do things without demands and coercion.

We want to do things enjoyable as possible and at our own pace. Over enthusiasm can irritate our team members.

So, here is what I do in supporting and motivating my Team without demands.

1. I aimed to become friends to them - so aside from my "how to's and techniques" that I shared I also chat and send
