If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?
No matter if we are new in SFI and new to marketing, etc, we can help our new PSA who need our guidance in many ways. We can ask to our sponsor and discuss the issue about what my downline wants the guidance for. And we can pass the solution to the new PSA. And also you can refer them to go through the basics of sfi and that many effective training tools and also can go to the forum to discuss any matter.

You need then to ask others who knows more. Ask your Sponser and Co-Sponser for help and suport. Read what others are doing, we have a lot of information for almost everything so, use them. We learn by doing, the more we do every day, the more we learn and this helps us also, as new ones to suport our new PSA. Everyone started new, step by step, they became profesionals and successful. We too, we will make it so, continue doing your good work and others will follow you!

One of the things that SFI offer to all member is LAUNCHPAD lessons, otherwise you can learn to much from posted question in ASK SC tab, or from SFI forum.
There we can find so much common interesting and helpfull question and answers.
Be involved in this type of comunication with older member. This can be surely helpfull for all.

Its ok if you new on SFI or new on marketing business online, SFI will help you.
There many tools which can you used for assist you PSA, you can join at the Forum to know how other affiliates do the job, or you can share about anything with your friends in a2a forum. You can also ask to Mr. Gery as the owner, ask to your upline, etc.
Don't give up, cos I do this too to assist my PSAs.

We were all new to SFI on joining - encourage them to complete the LAUCHPAD (which also earns them VP). This is a great way to get the basic’s and how things work.
Marketing is tricky as there are many ways to advertise:
Website / Newspaper / Social Groups / Word of Mouth / Friends and Family / etc.
It is not so much what you say than how you say it.

Suggest to become an A2A member and contact the leaders from A2A in worldwide they can clarify their doubts.
They can contact me,their co sponsor or I will contact my upline leaders get the details from them and send to my PSAs.
Open their Facebook (social media)and discuss other SFI affiliates and clarify their doubts.

You can reassure your affiliates and affirm correct actions taken. Everyone likes a pat on the back. So, send out those kudos and smileys and give your PSAs the confidence that they need. When they have a question just let them know that you will do the research and get back with them asap. Explain to them exactly how you found the answer so they can in turn mentor their affiliates. Honest is not only the best policy it is the only policy.
