I Have Read a lot of answers to your question and the #1 thing that I do not see is;
Read, Read and Read more, as the saying goes "Readers are Leaders"
If you are like me I have a Worthless Team Leader and when I started SFI I was brand new to marketing and new absolutely nothing about it, But I have Read the Launchpad so many times I could probably recite it to you and the SFI Basics Just as many times plus everyday I go through the forum to find answers to my own questions.

Dear Friend!

Whenever you are new to any work or business, you have to be very careful in learning the work from A to Z. Let us first discuss about the concept of "me newbie in marketing", then "PSA newbie in marketing"

"ME - Newbie in SFI and marketing" (Here I wish to specify SFI as a FIRM- never mind it, this is for convenience)

1. I will first of all get a clear picture about the firm from those who already work in it.
2. then,

Hi Vilim,

This is a great question. What I have done is share with my downline to save all their emails from their upline. Then when a person in their own downline needs a question answered, hopefully, they would be able to find the answer in one of the emails from their upline.

For now, if this is something you have not done then you will need to either ask your sponsor for help with your downline's questions or go to the forum like you have just done for answers and, keep

I like this question. I've wondered about this subject many times, but left it alone and did what I knew I could do to keep it all going forward anyway.
Until. Until I realized that the A2A friends and my team Leaders above me were there for that exact reason. To ask questions like this. They're not there for us to get annoyed at for whatever they do or do not know, do, or say. It's our responsibility to ASK questions. It's not for us to decide ahead of time what they will know or not simply

This is very good questions and thanks for asking that would help many..

Please DO NOT think that only you should take care of your PSAs. You have your sponsors and co-sponsors who you can approach to help your down line.

Certainly, you will learn marketing and read through the articles available in SFI website and equip yourself with SFI business to do marketing in your own way.

Nevertheless, you have lot of informations, articles and methods available online on

If you are new and want to help a new PSA, I suggest you review all the training you received.
Take notes.

I used lined 8x10 paper and titled each page. Those abbreviations were overwelming to me at first.

Keep in mind that new people are already on information overload.Try not to repeat what the lessons are teaching step x step.

What did you need from a sponsor? Welcome them.

Hello Vilim Babic

Most important: Be HONEST!!
You will learn the business better and quicker by learning it with someone else.

Answer any queries promptly and if you do not know the answer, there are numerous resources available on the SFI website:
A2A, Forum and Ask SC.

It will help if you read, understand and retain information very quickly!!:)) You will need to learn today what you would like to teach your affiliate tomorrow!!

Also, guide them - with specific instructions or links - to the locations of the information they need to grow within SFI. Stress always the fact that all they need to learn is contained within the pages of SFI website.

Do your own learning as well, so you can answer/guide (mentor) them when they have questions
