When you read the profile of fellow Team Leaders such as BTL, STL, or even PTL - they all have one thing in common. They all are focused on sharing SFI as gift to others.
To achieve Team Leadership status without a credit card is not impossible - this means that the focus of the affiliate will be about people and connecting with people and how SFI may benefit or be of use to others. The following will be of benefit to expand the connections network:

Affiliate down line recruitment - CSA's and PSA's
Product Matching to People
Music Program - have local muscial artists join
The above programs that SFI has to offer does not require that the affiliate have their own credit card. These programs are reliant on the affiliates Social Skill sets.

If it's a credit card they want then direct them to collection options at the drop down menu under income on their affiliate page. Under commission payment options they will see getting paid via TripleClicks MasterCard which explains how to acquire this card. If a PSA is in a position to become team leader you would assume that person has already made at least $20 cash in SFI or would need to earn some cash and can use this option. Otherwise there are numerous other payment methods listed at Tripleclicks at the members centre under payment options. So far I personally send payments for purchases by money order but I have to allow 3-4 weeks before its received for my order to be processed.

There are other ways, for example, use Paypal or if possible immediately or coming soon to request the Payoneer debit card of SFI!
Or just plain leave SFI commissions accumulate until ready to request for a card.
All you need is also a prepaid credit card. Understanding whether this affiliate in his country has the opportunity to request it if you do not already have one.
Prepaid cards are easy to obtain and a quick way to start working part time or full time with SFI!

Good question indeed.SFI offers a variety of payment options which can be found at triple clicks.I also did not have a credit card but that never stopped me from pursuing my dream of becoming successful with SFI.I continued reading through various ways of success and I discovered that even without a credit card nothing can stop me.Your PSA can check for her loca Eca and buy T currency which she/he can use to purchase a standing order of 1500vp every month.I hope this answers your question.Good luck

This is not a easy question for me because I use credit card since I got it last year and I couldn't imagine my life without it.
But I'm sure that if your PSA has opportunity for getting a credit card you can tell them to get credit card and in the meantime you can help (if you can afford) with Gift Certificates with certain amount.
Also, you need to tell your's PSAs to become Team Leader means that he/she must have at least 3000VP for the month and of that at least 1500 sales VersaPoints who must come from sales and/or purchases.
But, if she/he doesn't have team or some other way of DC, I will say is the best to hold on for few months on EA2 and when he/she make team than is goal to aim for TL status.
And for the last, in section chekout/choose a payment method there's other two methods:
1) Check or money order and 2) PayPal

3.By teaching him about To-Do-List
4.By teaching him about Tripleclicks and ECAs
5.By teaching him about Vp how she could get new badge through vp and make Duplicate
6 By teching him about Commissions how people generate Commission through SFI etc
7.To become a team leader Credit card is not necessary,Not only but also when he /she
still working with SFI then the end of the day he will get the Credit card after making enough cash through SFI
