Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

Mom,in my respectful view,as a team leader apart from lead by example.we should always strive to support,help and encourage our members and NEVER discourage them ,weather to be team leaders or otherwise,if they wanted to be,this tell you a lot of their interest to move upwards,encourage them therefore to read,read and they will become good leaders by the training they receive,subsequent to that anyone can become a team leader by purchases and SO,but without knowledge how can you lead,see the point

Encourage your PSAs to do all the appointed actions on their To-Do-List and to set up a standing order with 1500vps every month to keep them an EA. Encourage them to buy items that they normally buy every month from their own store, like shampoo and soap ect.... This will build up their sales vps to earn more in the TripleClicks pool every month. Encourage them to do all their appointed actions to build up their action points to reach Team Leadership, this shows strength and ability

I have had a couple of experiences with affiliate programs but mine were in person. Still, I got burned. I joined SFI over two months ago and I am so happy with SFI.

Years ago, one affiliate program interviewed me like it was a job when, in fact, I felt scammed. I paid $99 "membership fees" but I was "getting a deal because it's a one-time fee." I had to sign people up and get a small 15% commission. Some deal. Plus I was expected to attend their seminars without pay

In my opinion, it is a matter of free choice of each of us, depending on the assessment and ambitions, so it should be left to your co-workers to decide for themselves. If you directly ask for advice, I would then say, from personal experience, it is better to make a good team as the basis of everything, and then easily reach higher ranks. The reverse process is not good.

You always try to encourage everyone to stay a part of SFI.

Promoting is a self choice within SFI. Some people don't want a promotion of any type so you will never be able to convince them. Look for the people that you see are trying to make the goal (Movers tab is good for more than EA). Talk to them if you think you can help.

Why lead by example and then erase that example? Subtly you are already encouraging ranks by reaching for them yourself, it's seen by your downline and other SFI affiliates who check and, if right away"means soon after becoming an SFI affiliate, accruing mountains of VP can trigger success in E365 and other benefits.. ..

When someone starts out with SFI there is a lot to be learned first, even before you can think of becoming a Team Leader. Encourage them to log in every day and read the Tips, Forum Posts, News, Launchpad Lessons, Ask SC questions and answers and all other available training materials.

Your task as their Team Leader is to guide them in the right direction and that is to become Executive Affiliate (EA) first and stay that for at least the first 2 months while learning and while it’s still

You should definitely encourage your affiliates to become team leaders right away. The team leader promotion is good for you and your affiliate as well.

By becoming a team leader your affiliate will gain a lot of experience. In order to become team-leader, they will have to do a lot of reading, research, and communicating in order to accomplish this role. Which means they become a lot smarter within your organization to become more primed to build their own team if they haven't done so

I think you should neither encourage them nor discourage them. The reason is that SFI has the tools for affiliates to achieve every level imaginable. An affiliate should be allowed to work at his/her own pace, however quickly or slowly that pace may be. Just guide your affiliates by giving suggestions in your welcome letter and in your weekly communications concerning the various options they have for becoming movers in this wonderful business. Help the affiliates to duplicate when they qualify

I prefer to encourage my PSAs all the time when they need my tip and ideas. You must be able to put things in the order of importance of a team leader. By doing this you will be better organized and show your team m embers how to do the same and “remember” you success only if they succeed.

If I were in your lawsuit, I will encourage my PSAs who want to become a team leader as per regular technique below;
