Good that you are already an ECA and i believe that you should be making sales already and that is why you want to increase your sales by becoming a TCurrency seller.

Sure, your sales will increase when you get the license but in order to make and continue to get customers, your selling price, exchange rate and fees has to be competitive. You also has to be at your best in terms of customer service. When i buy TCurrency, apart from the fees and exchange rate which i take seriously, i also look at the time and speed of funding. I like my TCurrency account funded immediately after confirmation of bank transfers.

I assure you, make your fees competitive and get your customers account funded quickly, you will get them coming back month i month out and thus your sales will continue to increase.

In conclusion, the answer to your question is YES, your sales will increase by getting a TCurrency License. The most important factors in my opinion of getting regular TCurrency sales is your exchange rate, your fees percentage and the speed of funding customers account after payment.

TCurrency is part of TripleClicks's LocalPay program. Getting TCurrency License will positively help you increase your sales in many reasons. This are some of the reasons that I can think about:
1. By selling 1 x TCurrency, you have already increased your sales by 1 x TCurrecy.
2. After getting your TCurrency License, SFI affiliates are told that there is LocalPay that they can buy TCurrency from. By so doing they are advertising your business.
3. If local people come to buy the TCurrency, there are chances that they may buy other products as well.
4. When you read the history of SFI, they say SFI started with one product. To day they sell more than 50000 products. It shows that, besides what you are selling now, by selling the TCurrency you might end up selling many more products.
I for one, I think you must go for that TCurrency License.

First of all, let us define what T Currency means. T-Currency is part of the Loca Pay program which can be purchase from an E-Commerce Associate with T-currency License and can be used the same way as T credits. The T-currency can be used to purchase and redeem products from Tripleclciks and can earn MRP as if you paid cash,T Credits and Paypal to a local Pay provider. However, the current practice is to charge15% subcharge when purchasing products usingg the T Currency to offset your cost.

The license is good for one year and there is a cost involve in renewing the license. Is it worth the cost involved in having the T Currency license. My answer is a resounding Yes so go for it. By making it convenient and easy for your customer who have no Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal account they maybe able to purchase the products they need from you. Your PSA or PRM would prefer to deal with you when they know that you are there to provide that service as well. You can help PSA or CSA that has no access to buy products from TripoleClicks and are at risk of losing their ranking because they are not able to get their standing order without their Credit card especially members who are trying to keep their ranking and had left it until the last minute.

This will help improve customer satisfaction and would be grateful that you are there for them and therefore you would have build customer loyalty and customer are more likely to come back to you again as a repeat customer. Members who had the opportunity to deal with you may also tell other members about the kind of service they got from you and spread the word around . This will defintely increase your sales so the cost and the time involved in obtaining the T Currency license for your business will be a very good investment and will help increase your sales. By providing more payment option such as the T Currency as part of you customer service, your customer will deal with you first rather than other ECA competitors who does not provide the same service and flexibility that you provide.

I don't think there is an easy or simple answer to your question.

If you sell T-currency as a service to your customers (to make it easier for them), it might be of benefit to you but if you want to sell it to make a profit on them I think it is not worth it.

Why do I say this? If you sell it as a service with no profit to yourself it will benefit your customers because they can do their shopping conveniently "under one roof"
If you sell it to make a profit it is a different story. Why would your customers buy something from you at a higher price if they can buy it from TripleClicks for less?
They might buy it from you the 1st time but as soon as they look further into it they will discover that they can get it cheaper. When they discover this it will also have an impact on their trust in you. That is true for me at least - I will be inclined to think: If this guy sells T-credits at a higher price, isn't it possible that I can get the products he sells also at a lower price?

Another factor is - how easy or difficult is it in your customers country of residence to make online purchases? If credit or debit cards are part of their daily life and the way they make most or all of their purchases, they will not have a problem making online purchases and can therefore shop around for the best deal. If it is not and there are many rules and regulations and other obstacles to overcome it might not be worth their while.

In the end your goal should be to make it as easy as possible for your customers to buy from you.

Dear Randy,
I trully believe that getting a TCurrency License ideally helps to increase sales. You would have introduced another line of product which potentially should sale. However there are other factors that you need to consider.

1. TCurrency from your LPay Merchant are purchased by SFI Affiliates & PRMs in your Country. Therefore other available payment options to SFI are in direct competition with you.

2. The number of SFI AFFILIATES &PRMs in your country who have access to your ECA, physically or online counts a lot. The more they are & the more they know about your LPay Merchant?ECA the better for you.

3. The general public's access to banks and to various bank cards & how easy it is to transact with these cards will determine/influence the demand for TCurrency by SFI AFFILIATES in your country.

4. The laws in your country surrounding FOREIGN EXCHANGE & "externalization" of funds will also come into play. These might work for or against you.

Therfore, what you might need to do to capitalise on the LPAY MERCHANT line is as follows;
1. Get to know the SFI Affiliates in your country through the Country Leaderboard for example.

2. Befriend as many as you wish, through a2a and introduce your ECA to them.

3. Use all the possible means that you can, that will catch the local SFI AFFILIATES & PRMs, to advertise your ECA. You know your country's networking better than anyone else, so go for it.

4. Where possible/feasible, have meetings with other AFFILIATES to forward the SFI AGENDA for everyone and in turn introduce yourself & your ECA.

5. Maybe you need to understand the dynamics surrounding banking, Bank cards, FOREX & transactions first even before going the LPAY MERCHANT route.

Absolutely! There are plenty of people who either don't have a credit card or who are uncomfortable with using a credit card online. So long as you aren't in the united states, you can apply for a TCurrency License. There are many ways that you can go from there. Make your own flyers and list your ECA store on them, and hand them out around your town. Set up a garage sale, and have a table where you are seated at, and anyone who comes up to you, explain to them TripleClicks and how it works, and right there, get them interested in buying TCredits from you. Take down their information and give them one of the flyers that you made.

Once anyone makes a purchase from you, make it your priority to close the sale. Take too long, and they might change their mind, or the next time they need TCredits, they might go to another TCredit seller.

For them, it provides confidentiality not present in most credit card and PayPal transactions, which may provide some protection for people outside the US and Canada.

Now, logically, this means that if you've got a good, active ECA store on TripleClicks, there is a significant benefit to TCurrency. If you're barely using your store, you might want to focus on building that up first.

The short answer is yes, it will help, but not a guarantee.

Look upon getting a TC Licence as part of you advertising efforts. What you want are people to visit you site to purchase TC for auctions etc.. and while they are there, they see your products and services and buy them. Its another way of getting traffic to your site.

I would therefore recommend that as part of your promotions, you should also promote the Pricebenders Auctions directing them to your site for the TC.

You site of course must have the very best in-demand products and must be professionally presented enticing people to purchase from you.

If its done properly, yes getting a TC license will help increase your sales.

It all depends on your offer. For instance, in my country in Nigeria there are about 54 Local ECA merchants and they all offer different packages. My sponsor first got one on the high side until she came up for the team one with a far better offer. What was the offer? Buying of Tcurrency with a guarantee of maintaining the team's EA status every month, we were elated as a team. Another offered help to upgrade for us when cash is low for the team, but we are to patronize him for one full month, which we had done.
Now, it all depends on your offer against the competition with other local merchants.
The first local merchant made a sum of about N50,000 or $300 in one month alone from the team, so the guy made his money, but we couldn't continue with his offers, so we had to move.
To make offers that will pay you, check what the market is and what others had to offer and then consider your Tripleclicks members you want to sell to. will they be able to afford your offer? If the answer is yes, then go on with it, you will make sales beyond your imagination, but if no, reconsider your price and then offer additional incentives that others are not ready to make and bingo, you are on sales
