Second, ask first the questions what the new PSA wants to know.
Then you will start there. Answer those questions clearly with references of links where to find the full explanations.
Third, highlight to your new PSA important things he must do first.. like Fast Track, Standing Orders, EA, Leadership levels, etc.
If the PSA is very new then he might be chat about the basic matter (i.e. how to start and what is what).
I should convey him/her very politely about the thing and sent them to contact further for more assistance at any time. Nice question from you. As per me, a PSA may run away seeing all what SFI is all about because it happened to me. After salutation to the Psa, the is to let him/her know that SFI is all about 3 steps. BECOME AN EA ! RECRUIT 5 PSA!! TEACH THEM WHAT YOU DID!!! (Duplication!!!). And the money started coming.
We presume that the new PSA is a mover and we wanted to help him/her on some aspects of the sfi business, then we have to discuss about:

4. and of course the art of duplication

From my personal experience the best option with the new PSA is adding it to his e-mail with whom registered or to connect to a social network where they would have constant communication, so you will have greater access to their PSA and you can hang it became interesting than just waiting to enter and use the SFI cat. Of course whenever you are online greet him and ask what he does not know that you will strengthen your reputation and have a better reputation as a leader of your team.
