Do not overload yourself with a lot of worries. Simply do as always what you usually do. Make your TO-DO LIST page as the center of your attention in running your SFI business.

Retiring in your SFI business, requires adequate PREPARATION before leaving. one of it, has to deal with GOALS. What goals do you have in mind to attain when you leave? How much do you want to continually make when you leave?
These are questions i want you to ponder on, as you have the mindset of retiring. Is like leaving a will for one's family at one's demise. With these goals in mind, you put those goals in questions in place before you leave, passing on the legacy to your children

The easiest way to do that is by communicating with your team each week, thus keeping them motivated. Also do have your SFI gateways advertised, to be able to get new sign ups.
Secondly, maintain your EA either by having a standing order which is the easiest, or by buying some stuffs you need that will get you at least 1500vp.

Any business is of RISK but, SFI has had a wonderful standing through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a number of years. Problem is that it is a hard one to answer. Like any business, SFI will do his best to stay and grow as long as possible. But unexpected things always can happen. But being around for 16 years now it is not likely that SFI will break down.The best you can do is build your business as big as you can before your retirement.
What you mean by "retire", stop to work some other job, go to pension or stop to work in SFI? If you stop to work in SFI, give someone -your children an obligation to have 1500 VP SO every month and take an income from your team. If you go to pension SFI will be good thing for your brain recreations.
