Which is more effective--distributing TCards online or in person?
Definitely, in person. If you do that in person you deliver emotional message about TripleClicks, about SFI which is very important and valuable. Gift card have its value but how much will people go further, it is important question. Will he just spend credits and MRP from cards or he will buy something more at TripleClicks or he will became best player at auctions-all that are possibilities. What will be also depend on our explanation, on our story about all this. That is my opinion.

Both ways have their benefits and drawbacks. Start with what works best for you today and work towards implementing both. Why not use both when they offer both! Purchase 1 set of gift cards a month on your standing order and alternate between physical and digital. I find it's the best way for me to advertise!

I would say (in my opinion of course), that both ways are effective.
By distributing TC gift cards (and/or gift certificates) you stimulate your team of PSA's and CSA's to take that "next step" towards becoming a leader.
Distributing TC gift cards and/or gift certificates also boosts their morale, and strengthens their trust in this stable system, that we call SFI.

How serious is he ?
I think IN PERSON technique is better than ONLINE as we can meet the person physically and explain the SFI things easily, which is not possible online.
In short OFFLINE distributing technique is more effective.

I think both ways are effective, but in my opinion the better option is to distribute TC gift cards online, because you deffinitely have more options and more time to do that. In person you should plan your time, go from home to home, I think it's good option also, but with online distribution you'll have more effective and positive advertise for TripleClicks.

I think the best methods is to distribute them by spreading them out everywhere where there are many people. I cannot say precisely if it is better to send them online or in person, it depends very much on the peron and...on the moment, of course. Sometimes things can be very different from a circumstance to another one and, obviously from a person to another one, no matter if the card is distributed online or in person. Do as you feel more comfortable to do.
In my opinion, since most of my marketing is done online and my down-liners are scattered in different geographical locations, i would rather distribute my TC gift cards online.
I would rather use the TC cards to encourage my hardworking down line affiliates than to use it to entice new sign ups. They might simply lose interest after they have exhausted the value of the card.

In my experience, both ways could work.
To people, who are reachable to me in person, I give Gift cards by hand. Those, who are far away from me, for them I give online. So far, I don't see difference if any way is better than other. It's only depend on them, will he use it or not.

Based on my experience we can easily distribute TC Gift Cards in person, but to be effective we need to talk firstly to know their interest. Otherwise they only take the cards, save it and forget it.
So I think distributing TC gift cards online will be more effective, since we only send it to the person that ask for it once we offer the cards through our blog - for instance.

For example, if you share personally when you go for a coffee and leave a TC card, your friends give one card. And so it would be more efficient and someone will and the happy. Is this is certainly a nice token of appreciation and card them remains.
And when you share online can happen to a lot less people to use the right even though many do not know what it is or is not coping with the internet shopping.
In this way you will realize that the distribution method is the best.
