How do I get my team to understand the potential of SFI and TripleClicks?

The first thing you should do is to show them a proof, If you already receive a payment from SFI you can show it to them but do it in private.

Next, is to encourage them to study all the information inside SFI website they can start by watching the welcome video from our SFI President and CEO Gery Carson. Because base on my experience most of in active affiliates is because of lack of knowledge about this business that's why they choose to leave it.

In any network marketing or affiliate marketing company, there are just some people who will never understand the potential of the program. Some people just want fast cash and if they don't make money in their first week, they lose interest and move on to something else.

And unfortunately, you really can't "make" anyone do or understand anything. They either get it and stick with it, or they don't and they leave.

Learn the basics thoroughly, carefully and systematically. There is no other way out to get ample knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks and grow up in the system happily.

Being a new affiliate, they will have lots of queries and doubts about the system and they will ask all those things to their Sponsor first to eradicate the apprehensions from their mind. As their sponsor, it is for us to clear all their doubts and queries with proper, valid and reasonable answers.

My opinion is that potential is locked up.

We have to unlock the door of potential, to see the opportunity, so that we can really grasp the unmimited power which it can bring forth. It is like a tin of paint. While the paint is in the tin, it has no real meaning / purpose. As soon as we use the paint, we will see some of the potential that were hidden inside.

Therefore I will say that the potential of SFI and TripleClicks are locked inside our daily / weekly / monthly "tasks".

I'm sure there are a bunch of ways to show your team the true potential of SFI/TripleClicks.

Here's what I do. It starts with consistent communication. You should always be there for them. Try to get them to TRUST you. Ask them to add you on social media sites so that it'll be faster to talk with them.

You may apply the third rule of success by the SFI President: Whatever you want THEM to do, YOU do, because they are following your lead!

I suggest you to focus on making sales of TripleClicks products that you like most. If you can prove that you can earn a big commissions just by making sales, it is easy to tell your downline with confidence about the potential of our TripleClicks store.

Learning and understanding, I believe, is accelerated when there is enthusiasm, when people are excited.
