That's very difficult task.

Usual, in Net Marketing, leaders says that is easiest way for moving on is to go around rocks, instead of crashing them.

But, the same as you, I like to struggle with difficulties, and I don't except giving up. If you start something, you should try to finish it.

May personal way is to sending them letter by group genealogy mailing, and in that letter I giving courage and my support to the affiliates which are successful in their work

This is a good question and I must say that you must first send the communication and they must acknowledge recent in reply. Without dialogue between you, you can't get their attention. If the email for the sfi mailer has not been white listed then your team mail is not even reaching them.

In this case, use your personal email and copy the email address from the genealogy and try to get the conversation going. If the email is not deliverable then you will not be able to reach them

The proper answer of this question is ‘Necessary Contact and Communication’. Once you get notification from SFI about your second home CSAs – contact them immediately to send a warm welcome letter

In your welcome letter mention properly the following objects

Your name and country

You are their new Co-Sponsor/Team Leader

You are serious in nature of work

Confirm them that you are always ready to help to grow their business in SFI

If you want to go far in SFI go together with everybody connected to your SFI business. Be practical and down to earth.

2nd Home CSAs like every other affiliate needs attention. Make sure you arouse their interest and create curiosity by the content of message so send across to them. Below is a typical example: -

“By the way, if you haven't looked at SFI lately, log in at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com). When you get there, you'll see the new SFI Homepage, which

Hi Johnette Grant and everyone,

This is very important to all affiliates here and I am sure all of us want our csa to be active like us. A lot of affiliates here is struggling on how to make their csa active and active again. So in my experience, opinion and suggestion here is just to “never to give up”.  Below are the step of mine to follow up with my csa and I made them back and active again like what we have done.

Second Home CSA – I think all of us know that once

I have to admit that I tried various tactics. The sending of messages and tutorials on personal e-mail addresses, sending small gifts in the form of e-books, attempt to communicate via Skype, and so on.

If we start from the definition of the word „balance“, which includes a summary of assets and liabilities - then the balance was pretty inglorious, less than 1% of responses

What I learned from that? Time, knowledge, etc., should be spent on those who indicate that they

Focus your efforts on getting to know your Second Home CSA's.

Ask them what they have found effective support for their needs and what was not helpful.

These CSA's have experience with other teams so that knowledge needs to be acknowledged so you can be better positioned to find out who he or she is and what they want to achieve by being an affiliate with SFI.

You spend time not on but with Second Home CSA's you will instill healthy action.

My opinion is always we have checked their progress through the genealogy and my movers tab. So we can get idea about their progress, like how much VP they earn to date, last logging date. Secondly we can send tips, e cards. For motivation we can use S Builder, T credit, and group mail etc. Wish you all the best.

Second Home CSAs are those CSAs that were lost by affiliates who did not reach EA and redistributed to all affiliates with a rank of at least BTL.

Majority of these CSAs are inactive, very similar to most of our PSAs hehehehe. There are three categories of CSAs that will arrive to you.

1. Those who have not been active since day 1, there total VP is zero or near zero. - This type of CSA's are nearly impossible to revive.

2. Those who are currently active - you will
