To appreciate the answer to this question, one needs to know what bracket of people are most engaged in online and affiliate marketing. Starting from me, I would say- Retired persons. Then those who are at the verge of retiring, and then housewives who would want to earn some dollars for obvious reasons while attending to their household chores. Considering the readiness of infrastructure that SFI system can work well, such as the availability of products and lower shipping costs, firstly I think US is the best country to advertise SFI.
But, after a second thought I believe you should advertise SFI wherever around the globe.
By my opinion, there's no best country for advertise.
Any country is good enough for advertising.
If your knowledge of English language its not very good,will be better to start advertising in your home country.
But, with Google translate and other Translate pages, its very easy to write Add in any other language. Usually English is most speakable language, and almost all Adds are on that language.

The best countries that I think are the best are USA,Canada,India,UK, Australia,one thing that I like doing is checking where the most of the affiliates come from. And one of the most signups are from India. Also if you ever purchased affiliates from TripleClicks you'll notice USA & Canada cost more, I wonder why. Anything that has to do with marketing you need to test your ads daily.
In my opinion, advertising would be wise to start in your country, that you communicate more easily with stakeholders. But you should not neglect any advertising in other countries, the more advantageous it is my opinion the United States. Here are many people registered in SFI and still sign a lot. I would say, judging from My own prospecting efforts, and if You are looking for quantity of sign ups that Your focus should be upon
India, Serbia,and Italy.
However, if You are looking for quality of sign ups look to Bahrain, Jamaica, Bhutan,
South Africa, and Russian Federation.
There is no BEST country to advertise in. Each country goes in waves for sales and also in new PSA's. It varies considerably depending on the market. I strongly believe in keeping sales in your own country, because it is easier to market in your own language.
At the same time, don't sell yourself short, change up your area of advertising periodically because you never know exactally where you'll prosper.
