I think it's best to introduce the business associates of his country. This for two reasons:
1. You best know the laws in your country and the mode of payment.
2. When lifting its rating of the country in SFI.
Then, you can introduce the business associates of the region, because you are quite familiar with the laws in the region.

The opportunities to earn in SFI should be offered worldwide.

Everybody knows that advertising SFI to all "English Speaking countries" are more advantageous, however, there were also non-speaking countries that may be attracted to the marketing plan of SFI.

As far as the question is concern, I would say that at this time, English Speaking Countries are the best areas to advertise SFI because we can easily convince them to go active and start to put up their business

I believe I would tend to stay away from countries with whom the USA does not do business at this time (because SFI is US-based, there may be countries where shipping to is restricted for now.)

Otherwise, I would say to set your advertising to reach as far as it will go. If all the social media advertising takes your ads and posts around the world, so be it, and good for you!! In fact, that is what I would do: concentrate on FB, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, all the places with potentially

To advertise is to bring awareness and value of a particular product to the knowledge of the general public. With regards to SFI, it is my opinion that this awareness and value here should be directed to the people or Countries that are yet to actively embrace the programme.

I believe the best countries for you to advertise in would be the ones you are somewhat familiar with. For example, if you wanted to advertise to people in Italy, you should know something about the culture and language otherwise your advertising may not be interesting or understandable. Instead, ask yourself which countries you could advertise to right now and which countries you should learn a little more about before advertising to them.

Every Country is a potential gold mine of opportunity if you can reach the right people with the right offer.
