How can I best utilize my monthly Standing Order of TCredits?

Great question, I love my TCredit standing order!
1. Bid on auctions that give Double MRP. (When you accumulate enough MRP you can use them to buy more TCredits). You can bid up to 500 times a month.
2. Play Time Machine (1 TCredit for 1 entry a day) and Pick-the-Price (1 TCredit per entry) are fun to play. You can accumulate 200 points per month.
3. Setup a member listing for unwanted items, 50 VP/month.
4. Download music from artists all over the world! (50 VP/month)
5. Set up a TCredits contest on your Leadership Page for your downline. For example, if an affiliate reaches EA status by the end on the month, they will receive 10 TCredits from you.
5. Make purchases on TripleClicks. I personally love buying E-Books with my TCredits.
There are so many ways to use your TCredits, good luck and have fun with them!

At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

I believe the best countries for you to advertise in would be the ones you are somewhat familiar with. For example, if you wanted to advertise to people in Italy, you should know something about the culture and language otherwise your advertising may not be interesting or understandable. Instead, ask yourself which countries you could advertise to right now and which countries you should learn a little more about before advertising to them.
This should not limit you either, learning about different countries and their cultures is a great way to expand your marketing business.

Is it better to promote SFI to friends and family...or to strangers?

Promoting SFI and TripleClicks to family and friends is a great idea. Why not share your income opportunities with the people you love?
However, promoting to "strangers" is also a great idea simply because if people do not know about your internet business, how can they buy anything? You should promote to everyone you can, with the help of your friends and family. You are creating duplication as well as a large customer base.
How do you learn to write effective ads if you have never written any ads before?

Learning anything new requires patience and practice. Read a few articles on the topic of ad writing or read some ads in magazines or newspapers. Think about who you want to target, what words would interest these people to click your ad? What words come to mind when thinking about SFI or TripleClicks? Write down some words or phrases that you think of and then go back and expand from them. Also, make sure to proof-read, there is nothing more irritating than bad grammar.

A few methods to try:
1. Request permission to use flyers around campus. I would put flyers anywhere there is a bulletin board; the cafeteria, hallways, (business or other)classrooms, even handing them out to students passing by. Also, when there is a Career Fair, request permission to setup a booth and talk to interested students right then.
2. Go around to local "hangouts" and distribute flyers. For example, college students like to study, ask permission from the local library and/or local coffee shops/restaurants to post flyers.
3. Talk to a few professors or administration about possibly giving away TC Gift Cards as rewards for their students.
