I think that, you need to believe that you can be a lider. Motivation is the key.You need to believe in SFI an this idea. When you see other members, who work this job with big success, tell yourself: I can do this! When you have a new PSA or CSA, they are unsure, and need a help in the start. I thought that very same thing when I started, how can I lead a team when I don't know what to do or how to lead. But Gery has laid everything out for everyone to follow and learn his simple steps which if you take the time to learn will show you just how to lead your team through duplication. I don't think anyone is a born leader. Even the King and Queen were groomed from children to lead their countries.

It is important to clarify what you mean to be specifically be Team Leader.

From my point of view there are two or more types of team leaders.

1 - One who has the ability to acquire the Economic VP Purchasing Products, and participating in auctions. It's pretty simple if you have the possibility to acquire a Pack of TCredits which undoubtedly grant you your first 2000 vp, then it is sufficient to only participate in auctions and do some of the daily / weekly / monthly tasks.

Hi Gabriela; I don't believe anyone is a Born Leader, just as no one is Perfect. Being a Leader is something you have to work at. No one is Born and jump's out into the World and starts Leading Anyone. It's a Natural thing to some, but others have to really work hard at it. Like anything in life, it has to be Learned. That's when you work hard at it, with Heart, Mind and Soul. Then and only then will you lead by Example, and People will Follow you. Just like Duplication?

Hello,
It does not matter whether we are born as leaders, it is important to want to be leaders. As we can all learn in life so you can learn and be leaders. That always help your sponsor and working a job at SFI. Who wants to be a leader he will learn to be a leader.
There are many lessons to be read, I'm sure you will find this and a solution. You learned to read, you learned how to write and you learn a lot, I'm sure you will learn and be a leader!

Being able to work effectively on a team is critical in the current market. Sometimes people are scared to try something and this is where the leader comes in. You have to encourage your team mates and show them that the task is possible, even if difficult, and try to make it fun for them. Show them the positive results of their work.
