If one is not a born leader, they can still be an SFI Leader! A passion to help others because when their down line does well, they do well. Leadership: It can be learned. One can read leadership articles, learn on the SFI site, many sponsors are there to help in succeeding. I think once they get the rank and badge and their first PSA, CSA and see that they are helping them grow, they themselves grow inside.

SFI project is also being made ??that it is sufficient to be a serious and persistent and your sponsors will make you to become a leader if you are not a natural talent. My personal opinion about being SFI Team Leader, being leader at all is will to help and will to share and exchange knowledge combined with experience.
Try to avoid sentences with negation, use direct instructions, encourage downline members, simply do what you expect and learn from senior SFI Team Leaders.

I like your question very much. And I have read many answers, and I must agree that no one is born leader!
I am still fresh in this business, but I believe that success will come, just need to be persistent. My English is not very good, and I apologise in advance, but I hope that you can understand what I want to say!
I am not leader yet in SFI, just EA2. And my goal for now is maintain my EA status till I would have some active PSA, because only when you have someone to work with, you could be truly a leader!
My advice to you is not to worry about being leader, just work every day what needed to be done, and eventualy it will hapen! You will be the great leader!

Leaders aren't born - we are made - self taught. One has to earn his or her place in this world. Companies like ours (SFI) provides the means to build greatness. Education is the keys to success. The training that is offered us as members of SFI should we take the time and effort to learn creates leader.
We are all born leaders because we have the ability to read,think and to follow instructions. SFI has made being a team leader easy for each affiliate. We simply need to educate ourselves with the vast information that has been prepared for us. What you don't understand you simply ask. An informed experienced affiliate armed with confidence is now ready to lead.
Being a Leader means to take responsibility for performance of the team.
Make your interpretation of SFI business interesting.
Make the team understand this business and want success in it.
Don't ever stop repeating how big is your faith in success in this business
(because it really is :-)).
