In my own opinion, leadership is not a born quality but an acquired one.
Everyone of us could learn the basics of being a leader, the life is the best teacher on this matter, but not all of us have the quality of remaining a leader.
SFI is our teacher, we have all the tools we need to become and stay as a leader. And you could become leader not only on SFI but in life as well. Everything is right here, offered for free,the only thing missing is the DESIRE to be a TEAM LEADER.

Firstly, I believe that every person is born a leader in their on capacities. For instance where you come from you must be having people who look up to you for either advice or help,and as such you are a leader.

Having gone through free training at SFI for the first 30 days and with continuous training you get each day through experience, you have the right information and experience you can pass to your team below you so that that they too can apply the right strategies and methods that you use to make your SFI business successful. Just guide them on what works best for you and your experience.

To be a good team leader, you have to learn. You need to constantly expand his knowledge of working with SFI to know to show them, to help and explain if they have any questions or if something does not know how to do it. When you see that they are unsatisfied with their success in the work encouraged him, laugh with him, cheer up him,gladden him. Leadership is not a natural ability that people are born with. Rather, it is a skill that can be acquired and developed.

Leadership starts with desire... to learn, to teach, to lead, to be an example. And while leadership starts with desire, I feel the most important aspect of true leadership is taking action.

You can read and study everything you can find on becoming a strong and effective leader, but all that reading and studying is useless unless you are willing to act upon that which you have learned.

In SFI, one of the best ways to demonstrate a willingness to take action is to do the tasks from your to-do list every day. Not only will you earn versapoints for doing so, but as long as you are earning at least 10 versapoints a day, you will earn the Daily VersaPoints badge, which is visible on your profile page, which demonstrates to your team that you are active in working your business.

Two very important qualities you will want to develop is being consistent and persistent. Being consistent, while boring at times, is important if you want to build and develop a strong team of affiliates and have them duplicate what you are doing. And being persistent will allow you to carry on despite any challenges or obstacles that might come your way.

One final note, and this is only an opinion, but I feel that you have already demonstrated one of the most critical and important qualities of a true and genuine leader: humility. A humble leader knows that they do not always have all the answers, but they do know where to go or who to ask to get the answers that they seek.

Everyone must remember that we are all born champions in this world.

Remember the competitions when we are still in the womb of our mother, we defeated all other cells who wanted to be born alive. We traveled fast to reach our goal to become human and we succeeded and triumphant on that stage, that's why we are here in SFI because we are now in another kind of competitions - to improve the standard of our living.

In other words, everyone has a potential to become a leader, only some affiliates do not have a focus on their SFI business or just halted themselves to become again a champion/leader.

SFI Team Leader is process, doesn't coming over night. You need to learn how to be Team Leader.
It's possible, like all other goals to achieve, only if you want, and if you are willing to do all it takes to do to achieve.

1. That someone is "a born leader" does
not guarantee that such individual leads well

2. Some people who lead well today might not
be "born leaders" but they have distinguished
themselves from the crowd through

No one is born a leader but what all leaders have in common is that they all had to learn, not just about the business itself but the skills attract and enthrall people.

Some people have the natural gift for being entrepreneurs and leaders but still training is required in order to use that natural talent. The ones that do not have natural talent still have to learn how to build a business and succeed but never become leaders but still manage to have a team because business minded people know a good business when the see it.

You may not be a leader but you can be a mentor or a guide, because if you learned the ropes you can then show your team the resources you learned from and give them things to read. When it comes to advertising you can compile of list of traffic exchanges and social networking sites and then email them to your team the rest is up to them.

P.S I am not a born leader either but I know that I will learn over time

HI,Grabriela,it is a pertainent question,you may have herd of the saying born leaders,not quite you know,every body has that unique quality within them,some manifested at an early stage due to their positive ways, as example which people would want to emulate,and then you have learnt process,by learning to become a leader through leadership,SFI teaches us how to become a leader[team leader]in various ways at your training tool pages,you can look up successful leaders of SFI, and gain ideas how to be a good team leader,
